GLOB HSS Hole Drilling Bit
Hole drilling bits, also known as core drills and hole cutters, allow the creation of holes in solid material (steel) without the need for pre-drilling. They are made from high-speed steel (HSS). The holes created do not require deburring, and their smoothness and precision are closer to that achieved by boring than by drilling. Trepanning bits are intended for use with magnetic base drills. The use of a pilot guide is required during drilling appropriate for the type of drill bit.
