O.E., received the machine on 14/7/25 and submitted a request for replacement of the machine. The company replied that it would send spare parts to have it repaired; as of today, 10/8/25, nothing has been done.

    Edit: 23/7/26 the machine still has not been returned to us. Fortunately, the man from the dealership gave us a very good machine and we are able to do our work.
