I have had them for sure for 3 years and it's time to retire them because I literally melted them.... The only thing that happened all these years was that I melted the sole internally in various points (I almost melted the sole from below :P), so after a point they were not comfortable for walking and/or standing. However, I almost experience this with all my shoes and it has nothing to do with the construction but with the use. Otherwise, they have not suffered anything externally and they were comfortable on the foot (for some they may be wide). They are very beautiful shoes and I am seriously considering buying them again!

After 2 weeks, the inner lining was destroyed, the outer seams unraveled, and one shoe tore. The store replaced them and I thank them for that. The new shoes suffered the exact same issues. Unacceptable quality. No comparison to the classic black and white Vans.

I really didn't wear them even ten times. I had bought them 2-3 months ago on "sale" for 65. See the photos. Always with athletic socks over the ankle.

I bought them for my son who likes them, I wouldn't wear them even if they were given to me. Ordering-delivery: 20 days, in the midst of lockdown of course of course.
