This review is about the book: Novel

"The Revenge of the Angels" is another social book that I have in my hands. Its cover is beautiful and the idea with the three-dimensional notebook is clever, although you are afraid it might tear as you read the book.

The story was enjoyable. Its plot did not bore you. Its characters were everyday people, surely they could be the person next door. From the first page to the last, there was never a moment when I wanted to leave it halfway.
Lena Manta identifies herself with Galateia and through her, she gives her readers the opportunity to get to know her better and understand the fact that being a writer is not the easiest thing in the world. The main reason why I may love her writing is because through her words and stories, she conveys messages about society and human relationships that deserve to be heard. "The Revenge of the Angels" is one of those books of hers that confirm my above position.
People who loved, couples who separated, individuals who were hurt and hurt others a lot. All these characters are included in the book and invite you to sympathize with them. Love, death, and revenge are the main points of the book. The author's simple writing style and the reference to the absolutely necessary elements of the plot are clearly the result of hard work.
In no case could I judge its ending as expected, as many claim. But neither satisfying. The plot that Galateia undertakes with her son is recorded in a book. Lena Manta chooses a different revenge in the story we read from the one that Galateia records in her book. So, I would prefer the endings to be reversed because I consider the ending of this book too harsh. If that happened, then I could definitely talk about "The Revenge of the Angels".
In conclusion, I believe that this particular book by Lena Manta is a well-crafted work and a very likable story. I highly recommend it to adventure and social novel enthusiasts.

Description & Specifications

The justice of men could not punish him, so the angels took it upon themselves to give him what he deserved.

A twenty-year-old girl collapses dead while she is working. No one can find the cause. Aris, her beloved, in despair, promises to discover who is responsible for her death. By his side stands his mother, Galatea, a famous author of romantic novels.

She makes the leap and decides to get involved in a story beyond her powers. The forensic reports shed no light, and all investigations lead to a dead end. Galatea does not know if there is even a murderer or if everything her son suspects and the girl's mother imagines belongs to the realm of fantasy. In the future, with what will be revealed, she would wish it were so...

From that point on, no obstacle… The book was written quickly and without looking back. For the first time, of course, I had to make an outline and take notes. A novel experience for me, but in the end, I liked it. As I close this note, I want to tell you that I have no idea what the next book will be. To be honest, I feel the need for something very light… but you never know. I say one thing and, most of the time, my authoritarian inspiration dictates another. Whatever it is, though, rest assured, it will be from the heart…
