Description

The green tea from the company Kaggia is known for its antioxidant properties, which help combat free oxygen radicals. It contains less caffeine than black tea and is made from the leaves of a shrub called Camellia sinensis.

For storage, it is recommended to keep it in a cool, dark place, away from light and other strong odors. In the brewing process, attention is required for the water temperature, as boiling water is detrimental to the catechins, the valuable components of the tea. The ideal water temperature is up to 80 degrees. Then, pour the water over the tea and let it steep for up to 3 minutes before drinking.
