Nice quality, I extended it by 3m with cat6 utp soldered with tin and heat shrink tubing.. Everything was easy, it didn't give me any trouble, it's made as if they know you'll go through the process of cutting it and making a modification!

I bought it and installed it on the solar water heater, but it doesn't read the sensor for me. It connected properly to the wifi network.

It reads up to 30 degrees inside the solar panel. When it goes higher, it only shows dashes. I have installed a sensor with an extension cable and another extension with a different telephone cable. Same results again.

The sensor is fine, the problem lies with the extension. I cut the cable of the sensor and extended it by 5-6 meters using lycy 3x0.75 and it works.

Very good sensor, I placed it on top of the water heater to see the temperature of the water inside. I tried to connect it with the Sonoff cable extension and it lost connection, so I ended up cutting the cable and making my own extension.

After replacing the wrong product, I received the correct one in excellent condition and it is exactly what I need.

It does its job, maybe it measures the temperature a bit lower, meaning if the water is 90 degrees, the indication it shows is 86 degrees. I have it on a solar water heater and it lasted for a year, but now as soon as I connect it to the Sonoff 16, the metal end of the sensor starts to corrode and it doesn't show the temperature at all. The Sonoff 16 doesn't read it at all, it probably gave up.

It works perfectly. I have added a UTP cable to increase the length to about 15m. It functions normally, although I cannot evaluate if it loses signal strength due to the distance (although it is difficult to lose since I believe it operates digitally)

I got it for checking the output of my boiler, the result is very good, the measurement is close to the actual temperature, a difficulty in the Wi-Fi connectivity

It has been installed on a solar water heater (touching the metal of the tank through the flange) and it works perfectly. The maximum temperature I have seen is around 80 degrees Celsius. Additionally, I have cut it in half and added a telephone cable extension to reach from the 5th floor to the 3rd floor... and everything works like clockwork.

I have it nailed inside a wood-burning underwater boiler in oil, for 3 years now.......THE TOP...very good, once it reached 120 due to a thermostat malfunction.....of course, it works with the Sonoff /16....if it breaks down, of course, I will buy the same again
