The Pigtails set includes 12 SC/APC SM G.657A1 in 12 different colors. The Extralink pigtails are made from G.657A1 single-mode fiber, specifically designed for FTTx technology. These fibers are characterized by their reduced bending radius without increased attenuation, which is very important for the construction of FTTx networks, as the path of the optical line often changes direction and the cabinets are usually small in size. The Pigtail is mainly used for terminating customer cables at outlets and at the final distribution element.
