The entries on the top side of the enclosure are already covered even without the use of cable protection, thus ensuring an aesthetic appearance.

An advanced technical feature of the NEPTUN brand is the IP65 membrane entry gasket, which allows for cable entry without the use of tools and without the need to drill any holes. This technology has the advantage that no additional components, such as cable glands, are required to ensure compliance with the IP65 protection rating. The NEPTUN fuse box is equipped with elements such as an integrated level and indications of internal mounting points on the back side, including dimensions. The brackets for the external mounting of the NEPTUN fuse box are available as accessories. NEPTUN can be used for rated insulation voltages of AC 400V, AC 1000V, and DC 1500V, thus enabling application in higher voltage photovoltaic systems.

In order to ensure safe operating conditions at AC 1000V or DC 1500V, the use of external NAB brackets is necessary.
