The distillery EVA S.A. was founded in 1995 in Mytilene by the Patrikopoulos brothers. The evolution of the distillery is based on the family's experience and passion in the field of food and beverage production and marketing, whose history begins in distant Pergamon with oriental recipes, cosmopolitan aromas, and raw materials. Today, the third generation continues dynamically, balancing between tradition and modern technology.
