What makes the Caberg Drift Evo II stand out

• Caberg SOS Medical ID: Built-in NFC chip that stores medical data and emergency contacts.

• ECE 22.06 Certification: Meets the strictest new safety standards, even with the intercom installed.

Technology that saves lives

Your digital guardian angel

The Drift Evo II protects your head not only with the shell. Caberg innovates with the Caberg SOS Medical ID system. Inside the helmet, there is an electronic device (NFC).

In case of an accident, rescuers can scan the SOS logo with their mobile phone and immediately see your medical data (blood type, allergies) and emergency contacts.

Additionally, the system can send an SMS with your location to your loved ones.

Sport performance Touring comfort

The golden mean

Caberg took the successful Drift Evo and elevated it.

  • Aerodynamics: The rear spoiler gives an aggressive look, reduces turbulence at high speeds, and keeps the helmet stable.
  • Double D-Ring: The Double D-ring fastening guarantees maximum safety, as in racing helmets.

Visibility and ventilation

See clearly, breathe freely

  • Pinlock Max Vision 70 (Included): The anti-fog membrane is included in the box and ensures that the visor will never fog up.
  • DVT (Double Visor Tech): Built-in internal tinted visor that lowers easily with a side lever, allowing you to ride against the sun without sunglasses.
  • Central Lock: The visor locks in the center to prevent accidental opening, while featuring a micro-vent position for defogging.
  • Air Flow: With 2 large intake vents (chin, top) and 4 rear exhausts, air renewal is continuous.

Interior and connectivity

  • Pro Speak Evo Ready: The helmet has passed the ECE 22.06 tests with the intercom system installed, ensuring that the addition of Bluetooth does not reduce safety.
  • Comfort: The lining is hypoallergenic, fully removable, and has provision for eyeglasses. The cheek pads feature red tabs for quick removal (Emergency Release) by medical personnel if needed.

Tested in practice: What riders say about the Drift Evo II

We have gathered for you the key points from reviews by verified owners:

  • Caberg Quality: The construction is sturdy and the materials exude quality.
  • Fit: It sits very well on the head and is comfortable even during long use.
  • Quietness: For its Sport-Touring category, the aerodynamic noise is low.

  • It fits very nicely. The internal sunglasses are just for use if you forget your regular glasses. However, if someone goes to the airport at 130, with a visor that covers up to the beginning of the helmet, the noise is like flying in a fighter jet. You can't even hear your own thoughts. I don't know how other helmets are under the same conditions

After 6 years it was time for the second one. Caberg in general as a company is very VFM and this particular one withstands a lot of hardships. As for travel, it performs excellently

After a lot of searching, I think this is the best helmet for €400. I got it on offer along with the tinted visor (see photo) for €389. It has very good sound insulation and visibility. I don't recommend it for city use because it fogs up relatively quickly, but for out-of-town use where I use it, the helmet is perfect. The M size I have weighs 1380 grams, it's like you're not wearing it.

The helmet fits perfectly on the head, it is very well balanced, with a Fazer 1000 at 230+ I felt no discomfort (shaking, pulling from the wind, normal noise) I believe it is worth it. I don't know what many people here in their reviews expect a helmet to do when you go 200 kilometers on a motorcycle, to be relaxed and not hear anything? All helmets have noise after a certain number of kilometers. This one is at normal levels and tolerable. Compared to the pilot I had that was about to come off and was shaking and whistling at 200 km, there is no comparison.
