The non-stick granite coating is enriched with granite powder, offering greater hardness. It is harder than Teflon but retains its advantages: it does not burn and distributes heat well. It combines the advantages of cast iron and Teflon cookware, providing wear resistance, even superior to ceramic coatings. It allows frying with a minimal amount of fat, as the pan heats evenly and emits heat across its entire surface.
