The non-stick granite coating is enriched with granite powder, which gives it greater hardness. It is harder than Teflon but retains its advantages: it does not burn and distributes heat well. It combines the advantages of cast iron and Teflon cookware. This type of pan also allows you to fry using a minimal amount of fat, as the container heats evenly and emits heat across its entire surface.
