Description

The state-of-the-art bi-metal drill from M.K.MORSE offers advanced bi-metal construction. The unique tooth shape and aggressive cutting angle ensure smooth and efficient removal of broken segments, as well as a wide range of applications.

The reinforced tooth profile extends the life of the teeth and enhances impact resistance during intermittent cutting. Dentitration PTP technology ensures even distribution of cutting forces, leading to smoother cutting.

Advantages:

  • Protected tooth extension system in the spring - optimized for faster material removal.
  • New type of cap - reduces vibrations and oscillations.
  • Made from PREMIUM class bi-metal steel - M42 contains 8% cobalt - the lifespan of the holes is doubled compared to previously available holes with the AV symbol.
  • Increased drilling depth up to 49.2 mm (1-15/16").
  • The wall thickness of the hole is 1.3 mm - to ensure greater stability of the drilling process, thicker material is used.
  • New side slots - provide even easier disposal of debris after drilling from the inside of the hole.
  • Painted in red color.

Application: Creating holes in: steel, stainless steel, alloy steel, plastic, wood, wood with nails.

Diameter range: 14-152 mm. Pilot guidance is required for proper hole operation.
