The BI-metal hole saws are made from two types of steel. The teeth are made of M3 steel and are laser welded to a body made of medium alloy steel. They are then hardened to achieve optimal hardness and durability.

To increase cutting aggressiveness, various tooth sizes are used. Their different arrangement (holding) aims to:

  • reduce friction,
  • improve heat dissipation during cutting,
  • minimize the risk of tool binding in the material,
  • create deeper grooves that result in better hole removal with BI-metal saws.

Suitable for working with materials such as:

  • steel,
  • stainless steel,
  • plastic,
  • non-ferrous metals,
  • wood,
  • plywood,
