Description

The state-of-the-art M.K.MORSE hole saws offer advanced bi-metal construction. The unique shape and aggressive angle of the teeth ensure smooth and efficient removal of traces and a wide range of applications.

The reinforced tooth profile extends the life of the teeth and enhances impact resistance during intermittent cutting. Dentitration PTP technology ensures even distribution of cutting forces, resulting in a smoother cut.

Advantages:

  • Patented tooth expansion system in the spring - optimized for faster material removal.
  • New cap type - reduces impact and vibrations.
  • Constructed from PREMIUM class bi-metal steel - M42 containing 8% cobalt - the lifespan of the holes is double that of previous holes with the AV symbol.
  • Increased drilling depth of 49.2 mm (1-15/16").
  • Wall thickness of 1.3 mm - for greater stability of the drilling process, using higher strength material.
  • New side slots - provide easier removal of debris after drilling from the inside of the hole.
  • Painted in red color.

Applications: Creating holes in: steel, stainless steel, alloy steel, plastic, wood, wood with nails.

Diameter: 14-152 mm. For proper operation of the hole, the use of a pilot is required.
