Description

The latest bi-metal hole saw from M.K.MORSE offers advanced Bimetal technology. The unique tooth form and aggressive cutting angle ensure smooth and efficient chip removal and a wide range of applications. The reinforced tooth profile extends tooth life and enhances resistance to vibrations during interrupted cutting. Dentitration PTP technology leads to an even distribution of cutting forces, resulting in smoother cutting.

Benefits:

  • Patented tooth expansion system in the hole - optimized for faster material removal.
  • New cap type - reduces vibrations and oscillations.
  • Made from PREMIUM bi-metal steel - M42 containing 8% cobalt - the lifespan of the holes is twice as long as previously available holes with the AV symbol.
  • Increased drilling depth to 49.2 mm (1-15/16").
  • Wall thickness of 1.3mm - for greater stability of the drilling process using thicker material.
  • New side slots - further facilitate the removal of debris after drilling from the inside of the hole.
  • Painted in red color.

Application - drilling holes in: steel, stainless steel, alloy steel, plastic, wood, wood with nails.

Diameter range: 14-152 mm. A pilot guide is required for proper hole operation.
