The latest bi-metal hole saws from M.K.MORSE offer advanced Bimetal technology. The unique tooth shape and aggressive impact angle ensure smooth and efficient chip removal, as well as a wide range of applications.

The reinforced tooth profile prolongs the life of the teeth and enhances shock resistance during intermittent cutting. Dentitration PTP technology ensures uniform distribution of cutting forces, resulting in smoother cutting.

Benefits:
  • Patented tooth spreading system in the hole - optimized for faster material removal.
  • New cap type - vibration reduction.
  • Made from PREMIUM grade bi-metal steel - M42 with 8% cobalt.
  • Twice the lifespan compared to previous hole saws with AV symbol.
  • Increased drilling depth up to 49.2 mm (1-15/16").
  • Wall thickness of 1.3 mm - for greater stability during drilling.
  • New side slots - facilitate waste removal after drilling.
  • Painted red.

Applications: Drilling capability in: steel, stainless steel, alloy steel, plastic, wood, and wood with nails. Diameter range: 14-152 mm. A pilot is required for proper hole operation.
