The COMPACT radiators are made from quality cold-rolled sheet metal according to EN 442-1, with side panels and a top grill cover. They are a complete heating element. The sheet metal grooves appear every 33.3 mm. A transfer sheet is welded to the inner sides of the water channels.
The treatment of the external surface consists of degreasing, iron phosphating, passivation, rinsing, and priming with cathodic electro-dip coating according to DIN 55900 part 1 and baking. The final surface treatment consists of high-quality electrostatic powder coating according to DIN 55900 part 2 and re-baking. Color: white Stelrad 9016.
As standard, the radiators are equipped with a Monclac-type strip mounting set, allowing the radiator to be reversed and installed comfortably, as well as a plug and an air vent. They are wrapped in foil with shrink-wrap and cardboard edge protection. The design meets the BAGUV safety requirements.
