The non-stick granite coating is enriched with granite powder, offering greater hardness. It is harder than Teflon while maintaining its advantages: it does not burn and distributes heat well. It combines the advantages of cast iron and Teflon cookware.

It has all the advantages of Teflon but is more resistant to wear. It allows frying with a minimal amount of fat, as the pan heats evenly and emits heat across its entire surface.
