Circular saw blade for wood cutting 250x30mm with 24 teeth. The blade is made from thermally enhanced carbon steel 50# and tungsten carbide YG8 with a blade hardness of 85 HRc (+/-2 degrees). It features a GS blade geometry with a 10-degree bevel angle.

The metal disc is laser cut and ensures the rigidity of the saw, reducing disc stress even under heavy loads and high temperatures. The special sintered carbide HM contributes to the long lifespan of the teeth, allowing for repeated sharpening.

The blade geometry, as well as the shape of the GS10 plate, allows optimal processing quality during wood cutting along the grain.

Furthermore, the larger number of teeth on a given saw diameter offers smooth surfaces of cut materials, especially dry wood. It is recommended to use blades with fewer teeth for longitudinal cutting to increase cutting speed of the materials.

Suitable for industrial applications with all types of power tools, for cutting soft and hard wood, as well as other wood-based materials, chipboards, and gypsum boards. Maximum rotational speed 4,500 rpm.
