Wood cutting saw blade 300x30mm with 24 teeth. The saw is made from thermally enhanced carbon steel 50# and tungsten carbide YG8 with a blade hardness of 85 HRc. It features a GS blade geometry with a 10-degree bevel angle. The laser-cut metal disc ensures the rigidity of the saw and reduces stress when working with heavy loads and high temperatures.

The special composition of HM carbide ensures a long lifespan of the teeth and allows for repeated sharpening. The properly selected blade geometry allows for optimal processing quality when cutting wood along the grain. A greater number of teeth in a given diameter of the saw blade provides smooth surfaces on cut materials, particularly dry wood.

Saws with fewer teeth are recommended for longitudinal cutting, which will increase the cutting speed of the materials. The saw is intended for industrial applications using power tools, for cutting soft and hardwood, particle boards, and gypsum boards. The maximum rotational speed is 3,800 rpm.

It is noted that it is recommended for the cutting blade to protrude by 3/3 of its height above the thickness of the material being cut, to improve cutting quality. The saws are not intended for cutting concrete, bricks, terracotta and ceramics, plexiglass and other plastics, ferrous and non-ferrous metals.
