Cutting disc for wood with a diameter of 160x30mm, 40 teeth Widia 42164-30. The saw blade is made from thermally enhanced carbon steel 50# and tungsten carbide YG8 with a blade hardness of 85 HRc (+/-2 degrees). Blade geometry GS with a 10-degree slope angle.
The metallic disc ensures the rigidity of the saw and reduces stress even under heavy loads and high temperatures. The special sintered carbide HM offers a long lifespan for the teeth and allows for repeated sharpening.
The well-chosen blade geometry and the shape of the GS10 plate (alternating bevel) enable optimal processing quality when cutting wood along the grain, resulting in smooth surfaces of cut materials, particularly dry wood.
The saw blades are intended for industrial applications for cutting soft and hard wood, particle boards, and drywall. Maximum rotational speed 7,100 RPM. It is recommended that the cutting blade protrude 3/3 of its height above the thickness of the material being cut.
