It is a very pleasant and relieving gadget. Surprisingly, I use it quite a lot; it is a good solution for increasing blood flow to the head – it is something that relieves me and somehow wakes me up. A tip that might be useful: I have placed it next to my bed, since this makes it easy to use it for two minutes before I lie down, or right after I wake up in the morning. I don't think it does anything spectacular for neck issues (for such cases I would highly recommend the 'beds' with spikes, which are therapeutic).
