The Newell BG-E8 is a high-quality, fully functional replacement for the Canon grip. It is characterized by precise construction, a perfectly balanced center of gravity, and a profile that ensures the highest comfort when working with the camera.

It fits securely in your hand, especially when using large lenses or shooting in a vertical position. It features a comfortable, rubberized finish on all sides that come into contact with your hand. It allows for the use of one or two LP-E8 batteries. An alternative power source is AA batteries, which can be placed in the grip using a special cassette (included).

Using a container with Ni-MH batteries ensures better operation of the camera at low temperatures and provides emergency power in case there is no access to the charger.
