The keychain audio recorder records WAV files at 192 Kbps and has 8 GB of built-in memory, which stores approximately 90 hours of recordings. Recording starts and saves using the ON/OFF switch, while voice activation starts recording when sound is detected and stops when it becomes quiet. Voice activation is triggered at a minimum sound level of 50 dB.
Noise-reduction technology and the built-in PCM system filter out unwanted sounds. Recordings can be played back using the included earphones or by connecting the device to a computer. The device also functions as an MP3 player and USB flash drive. The USB connection allows you to transfer and delete files, as well as synchronize the date and time.
