The Satel AGATE curtain motion detector combines infrared PIR and microwave detection across two channels. It has a range of 14 m and a polycarbonate housing with IP54 splash protection. It is designed for indoor use in areas with increased exposure and meets the requirements of EN 50131-2-4, Grade 3.

The sensitivity of both channels can be adjusted using potentiometers on the circuit board. Temperature compensation is digital. The detector is installed at a height of 2.4 m, either directly on a flat surface or using a dedicated angled bracket.
