Entire NDx4 neutral gray filter for 52 mm with anti-reflective coatings. The full gray NDx4 filter features special anti-reflective coatings that prevent unwanted reflections and reduce the amount of light by 4 times (75%). It is fully neutral and does not alter the colors of the image, making it suitable for both color and black-and-white photography.
The purpose of full gray filters is to limit the amount of light reaching the lens, preventing overexposure and extending the exposure time for greater depth of field. The ND filter is ideal for long exposure shots, allowing for the creation of impressive motion effects, such as busy roads or flowing water.
Connecting two NDx4 filters creates a dual-type effect, extending the exposure time by up to 16 times (4x4) without optical loss in the photographs. The filter does not cause color distortion in the images and is sold in its original protective box.
