Not even 1 star! I bought it and inserted the SIM card. It seemed that it did not recognize it. I inserted another one. Nothing. I thought the cards were old. I bought new ones. Nothing. I returned it asking for my money back, saying that I no longer trust the product. They sent it back to me. I spoke with the store where I bought it and they said that after the technical inspection I had broken something inside, a plastic part. I contacted Skroutz and they sent me an email telling me to send it to the representative! And that the replacement of the product is not covered after misuse! And what will the representative do? They will just certify that there is damage! Will they say that the product is defective? No! How will they determine who is at fault? They won't even replace it for me! I paid a total of 110 euros and Skroutz is heartless! A phone around the world in 80 days! Temu and again Temu! Let Skroutz tell me why not Temu?
