Proline 4-layer watering hose 1" 20m roll (99442)

The Proline garden hoses from the BLUEBOS PLUS series are four-layer products made from flexible PVC based on polyvinyl chloride and other constituent substances, additionally reinforced with a fabric coil.

Designed to transport water with a working pressure of 8 bar (at 20°C), their burst pressure is over 24 bar (at 20°C). The temperature range varies from -10°C to +60°C.

PROLINE products are environmentally friendly, as the chemical composition of the plastics used does not contain cadmium, barium, lead, and phthalates.

The high quality of the materials used almost eliminates light transparency, effectively reducing the possibility of algae deposition inside the hose. It is also suitable for contact with drinking water. The materials used are resistant to UV radiation.

4-layer hose structure:

• The special inner layer of the hose core is made from a reputable material suitable for contact with drinking water, which also acts as a seal for the product (prevents hose swelling).
• The outer layer of the hose core protects the product from algae deposition inside the hose.
• The diagonal reinforcement of the hose is made from high-quality polyester threads, protecting the product from changes in the technical parameters of the hose (internal diameter of the product) and increasing its pressure resistance.
• The special outer layer of the hose (valve) is made from fully premium materials slightly enriched with components that improve elasticity and resistance to low temperatures.
