Application: Dry

The SMART365 drill bit series is ideal for precise and clean drilling in hard materials such as stone, ceramic tiles, and natural stones.

Abrasive surface made of diamonds applied through vacuum welding. Suitable for dry operation. The drill bits and hole saws can create holes up to 35 mm deep.

The M14 thread mounting allows you to work directly on angle grinders with maximum speeds of up to 12,000 RPM or variable speed mills.

Drills with diameters of 6-12 mm are ideal for creating holes for the installation of components, decorative elements, electrical cables, expansion plugs, and anchors.

6-12 mm drills are filled with wax, which melts during use, preventing overheating and facilitating dust removal. Once all the wax has melted, you can continue using the drills.

Wear is determined by the loss of diamonds. It is recommended to perform circular motions for better cooling and prolonging the life of the drill bits.

For extended drill bit life, the following guidelines are recommended:

  • Use variable speed angle grinders or mills with rotation speeds not exceeding 12,000 RPM.
  • Dry drilling
  • Perform circular motions for better cooling
  • Remove debris each time before the next drilling

Available drill bits have diameters: 6, 8, 10, 12, 20, 27, 35, 55, 65 and a suction cup guide.

The drill bits are intended for drilling holes in: Clay, Granite, Marble, Ceramic, Natural stone.
