Description

The Lindy DVI EDID emulator is designed for systems that require EDID signals to be provided continuously without interruption, helping to resolve EDID-related issues that may arise when using AV/KVM extenders, switches, and splitters.

It can also be used as a display alternative to keep a computer or server's graphics card active for remote IP access.

With support for resolutions up to 2560 x 1600 @ 60 Hz, the emulator is suitable for use with older computers and monitors.

When used with the Lindy EDID recorder (32120), this device can provide cloned EDID information to the graphics card.

It is also possible to use the emulator without screen cloning, as it comes complete with preconfigured EDID data for the most common resolution/timing combinations.
