Temperature valve ATV 333, DN25, Rp1", 45°C, Kvs 9 m³/h. The installed temperature valve protects the solid fuel boiler from corrosion caused by very low return water temperatures to the heat source. Maintaining the return temperature at a stable level allows for protection of the boiler from moisture condensation in the water jacket and negative pollution processes in the furnace from tar and soot.
An appropriately high return temperature extends the lifespan of the boiler and increases its efficiency. ATV temperature valves can also function as diverting valves and should be installed in every system with a heat regulator (accumulation tank). They are a good choice for any solid fuel boiler.
The valve features a thermostatic element that regulates the temperature of the water returning to the boiler, keeping it at a stable minimum level. The nominal temperature of the valve determines the opening temperature.
