It uses 38 easily removable 0.5 kg sandbags, allowing comfortable movement even during the most intensive workouts. The straps are additionally stitched, and the neck opening is spacious, without restricting the user's movements. The dumbbell is secured with four wide straps that close with Velcro, making it suitable for any silhouette.
