I place the filter basket and the spout in a container with cafiza and hot water, leaving them for about 30 minutes. With a little scrubbing and a good rinse, you are ready. They shine like new!

Καθαρίζει αποτελεσματικά τα υπολείματα του καφέ από την καφετιέρα, το καλαθάκι και το κλείστρο.
Την καφετιέρα την καθαρίζω με χρήση του τυφλού καλαθιού, όπου με την πίεση πλένεται σε βάθος η κεφαλή και το νερό με τις ακαθαρσίες φεύγει από το ξεχωριστό σωληνάκι (σε μηχανή με τρίοδη βαλβίδα).
Το καλαθάκι και το κλείστρο τα τοποθετώ μέσα σε κάποιο δοχείο με cafiza και ζεστό νερό όπου τα αφήνω για περίπου 30'. Με λίγο τρίψιμο και καλό ξέπλυμα είστε έτοιμοι. Γυαλίζουν σαν καινούργια!
Προσοχή στη δοσολογία, υπάρχουν αρκετά βίντεο στο youtube για να δείτε την διαδικασία και τις δοσολογίες.

Αν και ακριβό με ένα κουτάλι Σούπας και ζεστό νερό από βραστήρα μέσα σε ΙΝΟΧ κανάτα γαλλικού η κανάτα ΙΝΟΧ για οτιδήποτε υγρά σε μερικά λεπτάκια με τον αφρό που κάνει,διαλύει ότι έχει επάνω στα τοιχώματα και γίνεται σαν καινούργιο.
Η διαδικασία είναι απλή:Πρώτα ρίχνετε ένα κουτάλι σούπας το Cafila 2 900gr. και μετά σιγά σιγά νεράκι υψηλής θερμοκρασίας (κάνει απότομα αφρό και σηκώνεται μέχρι που ξεχειλίζει από την κανάτα αν γίνει γρήγορα), κλείνετε το καπάκι και το αφήνετε δέκα λεπτά (5 από κανονικά και 5 από ανάποδη την κανάτα).Τέλος αδειάζετε κανάτα,την πλένετε και είστε έτοιμοι.
Σημ:3 φορές τον μήνα το κάνω.
