After about 2 years of moderate use, the connection at the point where the cable connects to the device's USB port broke... I can no longer use it

It has caused me problems in transferring data from the first days. Now I can't pass anything inside, nor delete or organize.

So far, no issues with its operation. The transfer is quite fast on the 3.0 port. I never heard any noise.

I don't know if I got a defective product, but in 8 months, it died! For no reason at all, they say. It would appear, but I couldn't access it no matter what I tried... it did nothing when I clicked on it. I couldn't even read it with Linux to retrieve my files. Its performance was average. Used for backup. I rarely used it. I took it to a technician to salvage whatever I could... I lost many files...

He has been very good so far, without any issues, I have had him for over 1 year, he is quiet, I highly recommend him without hesitation!

He is excellent, I have had him for over two years, I have transferred very large volumes of data and he has not presented the slightest problem. I highly recommend him.

It is very good that I have been working here continuously on my PC for a week now, I have not disconnected it at all, and of course it is useful for small tasks like backup, and it's great for the money, worth it guys

The album is quite good, it's worth its money. You're a little afraid because it doesn't seem so durable, but it has an elegant appearance. It hasn't had any problems after 2 years that I have it!

Purchase 19/8/17 for transferring movies, series, and files.
On 10/9, it started crashing internally, they replaced it and today on 10/4, I have the same symptoms again. The hard drive never fell, it didn't hit anywhere - it's unthinkable for this to happen.

Unfortunately failure. At the beginning it seemed to be flying and suddenly the ... absolute nothing! It gets stuck, it doesn't open files, etc. etc

Unbelievably tough, very small for sure. I use it as a second hard drive on my laptop and it fully meets my everyday needs, including gaming (not heavy games). The initial capacity is 931GB and it contains two driver files from the company.

I have had it for 2 years and it has not presented any problems. It does not overheat, has a process indicator light, is relatively fast and compact (see photo). The only possibly negative thing is that sometimes the disk can be heard slightly. If the volume is permanently set at 0/10, when it is under strain it goes up to 1/10. I bought it for 50 euros and I recommend it.

I have had it for almost 6 years, it is worth its money, it is durable (it has fallen several times), fast in transportation, and has not presented any problems.

I bought this specific product mainly for storing and playing movies. The file transfer from the disk to the laptop is very fast, it has not presented any problems in five months of daily use.

The pros so far (and hopefully in the future!) are as follows... EXTREMELY GOOD!!! Simply!!
+ Small (like a pack of cigarettes)
+ Build material... just OK... Plastic, but not fake!
+ Quite fast! (for photos and video playback, deleting, adding, etc...)
+ LED light
+ and most importantly..... NOISELESS!!!!!! Seriously... you can't hear it! And I say this because I had 3 others before this one!!
+ It doesn't heat up at all!!
I highly recommend it... especially for its price (52 euros)!!

Okay, personally I was looking for something to store music, videos, and images so that I have a "Back Up" for them. It is good for this purpose and file transfer is relatively fast. It is silent and it hasn't heated up even when I connect it to the TV to watch a movie, which I think works for a longer duration. I am satisfied......of course, if someone is not sure, they can also get an external 2TB hard drive for an extra 20-30€

I bought this specific cable as additional space for my PS4. I would like the cable to be a little longer, but other than that, it is fast and loads the same game faster (1-3'') than the internal hard drive of the PS4 personally. If someone wants it for the same or similar use, I would recommend "sticking" it with double-sided tape to avoid any accidents since it is very lightweight and can easily fall down... (I should add that it is quite silent - you can't even hear it)

Very fast, it doesn't drop below 100mbs in writing. Very small, fits in a small pocket. Sturdy, silent, and cool. Without a charger with USB2 & USB3. Excellent purchase for the money

I have had it for about 2 years, of which one and a half years almost permanently connected to a digital TV receiver for recordings and PVR functionality. In fact, this particular receiver did not have the option to deactivate the PVR, as long as it was turned on and had a disk on it, it was constantly recording! So, since it endured such intensive use for such a long period, I am satisfied. And its speed, with USB 3, is very good.

If there is an external hard drive on the market with a size of 1TB that is worth its money and is an absolute value for money, then this drive is 100%. COMPLETELY silent, EXCELLENT design, fast, wonderfully sturdy construction, very slim profile, easy to transport, very good plastic quality, I have no words for this drive. I bought it for 51.86 euros and it really deserves much more and every last cent. Its feature of flashing a white light when running with USB2 and a blue light when running with USB3 is wonderful!!!

Do not pay attention to any "negative" comment, buy it without a second thought, there is nothing better than this hard drive. Five stars are not enough!!!

I give it 4 stars just because I don't know if it will hold up over time. Overall, I am satisfied with the performance of the album!!

So far, I am very satisfied. I transferred all my files to it a few months ago due to a computer change without any problem. It is even very fast. I use it on a daily basis. I hope nothing happens to it because it has become essential to me.

The speed is quite fast (mainly due to the port), with a compact construction, although it can be a bit noisy. All in all, a very good choice in this category!

Right after the warranty expired (AFTER 1 YEAR THAT IS), it stopped working... Now I'm going for repair

Nice design, fast transfer, and compatible with Mac (I emphasize this because it was not written on the packaging). A great choice for a gift, too ;)

I have had it for 2 years and it is probably problematic. Twice it has shown me a message that the disk needs formatting, losing important files for the second time, always with secure deletion of course. In terms of speeds on a system with SATA 3 and USB 3, the copying speeds are unacceptable compared to a 1TB WD internal SATA 3, 7200, 2.5'' drive. The biggest problem is that if you open it, the USB is integrated with the circuit board and it does not have SATA or power to be connected as an internal or in a dock station!

I have been without any tragic problem for a long time, I got a second one. The problem is that after a relatively short period of time, it deactivates on its own and it's a bit annoying. For example, if I'm watching a movie and I press pause, after about five minutes+, when I press play again, the image and sound will freeze because a signal is sent to reactivate the hard drive and it takes a while to stabilize or I have to rewind the movie to recover.

I may have bought it a few days ago, but I am impressed by its data transfer speed.

Specifically, I transferred programs, media, and images of about 700 MB for backup purposes, using a USB 3.0 port. The speed reached approximately 60 MB/sec. One of the best in terms of value for money.

I have used over 10 such disks in my work. None of them have ever presented a problem. I usually use the 500GB ones, but overall the build quality and speeds are the same. Now that I am looking for a disk for personal use, I will trust it.
