Description

Construction of connectors: The technology of the compressed system involves the mechanical connection of material with a brass fitting. The press connectors are made from high-quality nickel-plated brass, lead-free.

Application: The pressed system for PEX/AL/PEX pipes is designed to facilitate plumbing and heating installations, ensuring comfort and 100% guaranteed maximum tightness. The compressed (pressed) connectors can be in direct contact with concrete.

Method of use: To install press connectors with PEX/AL/PEX pipes, you need a specialized tool called a press or crimper. To make a permanent connection between the connector and the pipe, you must first calibrate the pipe. Then, put the sleeve on the pipe and insert the fitting. At this point, all you need to do is press the jaws to tighten the whole thing, and you will have an extremely durable connection.

Advantages of the compressed system:

  • Ease of installation (permanent connection with crimping)
  • Tightness (guaranteed connections)
  • Universality (variety of applications)
  • Very high connection quality
  • Low installation cost
  • Flexibility (using transition fittings equipped with threads)
  • Comfort (silent operation of the installation)

Connections: {Type}. Connection method: Clamping system. Size: 25x1.
