The El Diamant coating, made from mineral particles combined with the properties of cast aluminum, ensures extremely healthy cooking without the use of fat at low or medium temperatures, allowing the food to retain its nutritional values.

Care and usage instructions:

  • Before using the cookware, wash it with hot water, liquid soap, and a soft sponge.
  • Dry thoroughly and coat with butter or oil.
  • Do not heat the cookware when it is empty.
  • Do not leave it on the fire when the contents have evaporated.
  • Continuous overheating may damage the coating.
