Ouzo Hydoniko 40% vol was created to offer a unique experience to consumers, breaking away from the typical category of ouzos. Its crystal-clear appearance turns milky when water is added.

Its aroma is elegant, with anise in the foreground, accompanied by subtle aromas of mastic, citrus, mint, and spices. In taste, elegance and balance are its main characteristics, with a pleasantly spicy finish.

Its production is done through a slow and costly distillation process in traditional copper stills. The entire quantity of alcohol is distilled together with the aromatics, using a selected mixture of seeds, fruits, and aromatic woods, with Macedonian anise being dominant.
