The granite coating offers greater hardness compared to Teflon and maintains its advantages: it does not stick and distributes heat evenly. It combines the advantages of iron and Teflon cookware. It has all the virtues of Teflon but is more resistant to wear. This series of cookware allows frying with a minimal amount of fat, as the cookware heats up like stones and transfers heat across its entire surface.

The aluminum tube and ferromagnetic base allow use on induction stoves, as well as on all other types of kitchens, taking advantage of the best thermal properties of cast and cut aluminum.
