Unacceptable construction. We have been using it for only one week and it leaks water as soon as we close the lid.

We have had it for only a week and it fell once without any problem at that moment. After a few days, I tried to open it and one of the latches on the lid was broken, so the lid would fly off. Therefore, it became unusable after a fall, probably.
