The 3 steps of massage:
HAND MASSAGE
Massage with your whole palm in the direction of the scar.

LOCAL FRICTION MASSAGE
Use your fingers making small circular movements over the scar.

PINCH AND ROLL MASSAGE
Place your thumb and index finger on either side of the area where the scar is, creating folds in the skin, and slide your fingers along the area.
