In fact, we recommend applying them to a surface that has been previously primed.

Packaging: Model Color is available in 18 ml/0.6 fl oz bottles with a dropper. This packaging prevents evaporation and drying of the paint in the container, allowing it to be used in minimal amounts and kept for a long time.
