The Satel ACD-220 wireless curtain motion sensor is designed for indoor use and is part of the ABAX 2 two-way wireless system. It detects motion using a passive infrared (PIR) sensor, with adjustable sensitivity, a digital detection algorithm and temperature compensation.

Encrypted two-way radio communication at 868 MHz uses AES encryption and four transmission channels with automatic selection. The sensor supports remote software updates and configuration, and features an LED indicator, motion detection circuit monitoring and a built-in temperature sensor. Tamper protection is triggered if the housing is opened or the sensor is detached from the surface.
