update 2-11-2024 and with carpets.
Incredible tool!!! I bought it with the Skroutz basket for €402 based on reviews here, various videos, and the extremely easy availability of spare parts-consumables. I also added the warranty extension to a total of 5 years for an extra cost of €15 through Allianz, which starts as soon as the two-year warranty expires. I got it to have a clean floor with 2-3 sweeps and 1-2 mops every week (with the stick vacuum and classic mop, this cleaning frequency doesn't work even though there are no children or pets. I prefer to do anything else in the corresponding time required. And my biggest concern was whether it would fit under my main sofa. The vacuum is 9.7cm in height and the gap was 10.3cm, but I didn't know if it needed a larger gap to fit. It fit perfectly and relieved me from the annoying cleaning under the 3x2m corner sofa, where even the stick vacuum couldn't fit, and you had to bend down and hit everywhere even with the classic mop.
The box is heavy and bulky but provides very good protection during transport. Assembly, connection via the Xiaomi app, and the first operation are ridiculously easy. Full charge as recommended by the company, fill with water, and immediately map the area, one sweep and one mop for testing.
The mapping lasts a bit, it doesn't go to every inch of the space but maps with its sensors with terrifying accuracy with the necessary rounds it needs. This worried me because it didn't go under the sofa when it was forming the map. However, during the sweeping and mopping, it went under normally. The only preparations for the space were to lift a cable, put the chairs on the table, two small mats, and pull the curtains to the side. And I turned on all the lights to help it with the shadows.
The sweeping is excellent in normal mode, and I have set it to go as close to the edges as possible. Much quieter than the stick vacuum I have. It cleaned 30sqm in reality, in 38 minutes, turned around, emptied its dustbin into the base bag in seconds, where it made a bit more noise but nothing excessive.
Immediately mopped with setting 3 leaving a lot of water since I had some dry stains from water with dust mainly in the kitchen. I also set it to turn every 5sqm to clean its cloths since it was the first time and the floor was relatively dirty. I will set it to 8sqm in daily use. It actually mopped 30sqm in 43 minutes with 5 turns at the base, so this time will decrease. The mopping is excellent, it removed all the stains I mentioned, and the water dried quickly. Of course, the mopping is almost silent. The drying of the cloths with air, at the end, is adjustable from the app up to 12 hours, but I left it at 4 hours. You struggle to hear it while it lasts.
I will get spare parts from abroad (for €25 you can get a package with all the essentials from 4-5 times inside - brushes, main brushes, bags, filters, cloths) and I will also get a main brush without hair which is for carpets and better cleaning of them. I will return when I lay carpets.
How much battery it spent for mapping, sweeping, and mopping actually 30sqm each time is shown in the photo with the map.
It didn't get confused for a moment. The base needs 82cm of air above and 1.93m of empty space in front of it with a width of 44cm.
For this money and what the device does, get it yesterday... Incredible upgrade to daily life.
Update 2-11-2024 with laid carpets in the photos which also have 2.5cm fringes (pile 0.7cm - short hair), in turbo mode. I manually mapped them on the map with as much accuracy as I could and with only the vacuuming function on them. The little beast handles them up and down effortlessly, of course, and it relieved my biggest stress. It didn't get stuck or pull the fringes out from any direction it passed. It just mixed them up, so in the end, with the classic shaking of the carpet, they returned to their place. I don't need to put them under the carpet or set restricted zones in the app. In turbo mode, the sound is increased and it takes a bit longer in duration. The strong mode is the most ideal for similar carpets (the turbo is for longer pile carpets based on the instructions in the app, but I'm doing tests).
I also received the spare parts-consumables from abroad. Specifically: 10 brushes, 8 HEPA filters, 12 mopping cloths, 16 bags, and 2 main brushes. All of this for 25 euros.
Every day the vacuum impresses me more and more.

Τρομερό εργαλείο!!! Την αγόρασα με το καλάθι Skroutz στα 402€ βάσει κριτικών και εδώ, διαφόρων βίντεο και λόγω πανεύκολης εύρεσης ανταλλακτικών-αναλώσιμων. Πρόσθεσα και την επέκταση εγγύησης στα 5 χρόνια συνολικά με έξτρα κόστος 15€ μέσω Allianz η οποία ξεκινάει μόλις λήξει η διετής εγγύηση. Την πήρα για να έχω καθαρό πάτωμα με 2-3 σκουπίσματα και 1-2 σφουγγαρίσματα κάθε εβδομάδα (με την stick σκούπα και κλασσική σφουγγαρίστρα, δεν παίζει αυτή η συχνότητα καθαρισμού παρόλο που δεν υπάρχουν παιδιά και κατοικίδια. Προτιμω να κάνω οτιδήποτε άλλο στον αντίστοιχο χρόνο που απαιτείται. Και το μεγάλο μου άγχος ηταν αν θα μπει κάτω απο τον κεντρικό καναπέ μου. Η σκούπα είναι 9,7cm στο ύψος και το κενό ήταν 10,3cm αλλά δεν ήξερα αν θέλει μεγαλύτερο κενο για να μπει. Μπήκε μια χαρά και με απάλλαξε απο το σπαστικό καθάρισμα κάτω απο τον καναπέ 3x2m γωνία που ούτε η stick χωρούσε και έπρεπε να σκύβεις και να κοπανάς παντού ακόμη και με την κλασσική σφουγγαρίστρα.
Η κούτα βαριά και ογκώδης αλλά παρέχει πολύ καλή προστασία κατά την μεταφορά. Η συναρμολόγηση, σύνδεση μέσω της εφαρμογής της Xiaomi και η πρώτη λειτουργία είναι αστεία εύκολα. Πλήρης φόρτιση όπως συνιστά η εταιρεία, γέμισμα νερό και αμέσως χαρτογράφηση χώρου, ένα σκούπισμα και ένα σφουγγάρισμα για δοκιμή.
Η χαρτογράφηση κρατάει λίγο, δεν πηγαίνει σε κάθε εκατοστό του χώρου αλλά χαρτογραφεί με τους αισθητήρες της με τρομακτική ακρίβεια με τις απαραίτητες βόλτες που χρειάζεται. Αυτό με ψάρωσε γιατί δεν μπήκε κάτω από τον καναπέ όταν σχημάτιζε τον χάρτη. Ωστόσο,στο σκούπισμα και στο σφουγγάρισμα, μπήκε κανονικά από κάτω. Οι μόνες ετοιμασίες του χώρου ήταν να σηκώσω ένα καλώδιο, να ανεβάσω τις καρέκλες στο τραπέζι,δύο μικρά πατάκια και να τραβήξω τις κουρτίνες στην άκρη. Και άναψα όλα τα φώτα για να την βοηθήσω με τις σκιές.
Το σκούπισμα εξαιρετικό στην νορμάλ λειτουργία και την έχω ρυθμίσει να πηγαίνει όσο πιο κοντά στις άκρες. Πολύ πιο ήσυχη απο την stick που έχω. Καθάρισε 30τμ πραγματικά ,σε 38 λεπτά, γύρισε,άδειασε σε δευτερόλεπτα τον κάδο της με την σκόνη στην σακούλα της βάσης όπου έκανε λίγο θόρυβο παραπάνω αλλά τίποτα υπερβολικό.
Αμέσως σφουγγάρισμα με την ρύθμιση 3 να αφήνει πολύ νερό μιας και είχα κάποιους ξερούς λεκέδες από νερά με σκόνη κυρίως στην κουζίνα. Επίσης έβαλα ρύθμιση να γυρίζει κάθε 5τμ να καθαρίζει τα πανιά της επειδή ήταν η πρώτη φορά και ήταν σχετικά βρώμικο το πάτωμα. Θα το βάλω στα 8τμ στην καθημερινότητα. Σφουγγάρισε 30τμ πραγματικά σε 43 λεπτά με 5 γυρίσματα στη βάση οπότε αυτός ο χρόνος θα μειωθεί. Εξαιρετικό και το σφουγγάρισμα, έβγαλε όλους τους λεκέδες που ανέφερα και το νερό στέγνωσε γρήγορα. Εννοείται ότι το σφουγγάρισμα είναι σχεδόν αθόρυβο. Το στέγνωμα πανιών με αέρα, στο τέλος, ρυθμίζεται από την εφαρμογή ως 12 ώρες αλλά το άφησα στις 4 ώρες. Ζορίζεσαι να το ακούσεις όσο διαρκεί.
Ανταλλακτικά θα πάρω απο το εξωτερικό (με 25€ παίρνεις πακέτο όλα τα απαραίτητα από 4-5 φορές μέσα -πινελάκια,κεντρικές βούρτσες,σακούλες,φίλτρα,πανάκια) και θα πάρω και μια κεντρική βούρτσα χωρίς τρίχα η οποία είναι για χαλιά και καλύτερο καθαρισμό αυτών. Θα επανέλθω όταν στρώσω χαλιά.
Το πόση μπαταρία ξόδεψε για χαρτογράφηση, σκούπισμα και σφουγγάρισμα πραγματικά 30τμ κάθε φορά φαίνεται στην φωτογραφία με τον χάρτη.
Δεν μπερδεύτηκε ούτε στιγμή. Η βάση θέλει από επάνω αέρα 82cm και μπροστά της 1,93μ κενό χώρο πλάτους 44cm
Σε αυτά τα χρήματα και τα όσα κάνει η συσκευή, πάρτε την χθες...Τρομερή αναβάθμιση καθημερινότητας.
Update 2-11-2024 με στρωμένα χαλιά στις φωτο τα οποία έχουν και κρόσια 2.5εκ. (πέλος 0.7εκ-κοντή τρίχα), σε turbo mode. Τα πέρασα χειροκίνητα στο χάρτη με όσο μεγαλυτερη ακρίβεια μπόρεσα και με λειτουργία μόνο σκούπισμα σε αυτά.
Το θηριάκι τα ανεβοκατεβαίνει πανεύκολα εννοείται και μου έδιωξε το μεγαλύτερο άγχος. Δεν μπλόκαρε ούτε ξήλωσε τα κρόσια από όποια κατεύθυνση κι αν τα πέρασε. Απλώς τα ανακάτεψε οπότε στο τέλος με το κλασσικό τίναγμα του χαλιού ήρθαν στη θέση τους. Δεν χρειάζεται ούτε να τα βάζω κάτω από το χαλί ούτε να βάζω απαγορευμένες ζώνες στην εφαρμογή. Στο turbo mode ο ήχος είναι αυξημένος και αργεί λίγο παραπάνω σε διάρκεια. Το strong mode είναι το ιδανικότερο για αντίστοιχα χαλιά (το turbo είναι για πιο μακρύτριχα χαλιά με βάση τις οδηγίες στην εφαρμογή αλλά κάνω δοκιμές).
Μου ήρθαν και τα ανταλλακτικά-αναλώσιμα από εξωτερικό. Συγκεκριμένα: 10 πινελάκια, 8 φίλτρα hepa, 12 πανάκια σφουγγαρίσματος, 16 σακούλες και 2 κεντρικές βούρτσες. Όλα αυτά με 25 ευρώ
Κάθε μέρα με εντυπωσιάζει όλο και περισσότερο η σκούπα.

This is the worst online shopping experience I have ever had. The bot broke down after just three months, a very obvious quality issue. My genuine spare parts were returned by the manufacturer, but then further damage was caused during the return process. Both the platform and the bot are awful. I will never shop on this platform again and will never buy from this bot.
Αυτή είναι η χειρότερη εμπειρία ηλεκτρονικών αγορών που είχα ποτέ. Το bot χάλασε μετά από μόλις τρεις μήνες, ένα πολύ προφανές πρόβλημα ποιότητας. Τα γνήσια ανταλλακτικά μου επιστράφηκαν από τον κατασκευαστή, αλλά στη συνέχεια προκλήθηκε περαιτέρω ζημιά κατά τη διαδικασία επιστροφής. Τόσο η πλατφόρμα όσο και το bot είναι απαίσια. Δεν θα ψωνίσω ποτέ ξανά σε αυτήν την πλατφόρμα και δεν θα αγοράσω ποτέ από αυτό το bot.

I would give 5 stars if one of the two mops' motors hadn't burned out, and if it didn't require such frequent maintenance, in the sense that at most every 10 days I have to clean the bottom of the vacuum and its base, as well as remove various accessories for cleaning.
Θα έβαζα 5 αστέρια εφόσον δεν μου είχε καεί το ένα μοτέρ από τα δύο που είχε για σφουγγάρισμα, και αν δεν ήθελε τόσο συχνή συντήρηση, με την έννοια ότι πρέπει μαξ στις 10 ημέρες να καθαρίζω από κάτω την σκούπα και την βάση της καθώς να βγάζω και διάφορα παρελκόμενα της για καθαρισμό.
Wonderful! The only negative points are that it gets tangled in the fringes located at the corners of the carpets (so it needs help to get untangled) and the whole area always needs to be properly prepared so that it doesn't 'bump' pointlessly into various objects and get delayed for no reason.

I had a 10-year-old previous model and decided to buy the same brand again.
Very satisfied from every point of view.
Very good mapping with many functions through the XIAOMI app.
I always vacuum the whole house or a specific area first and then mop.
I use distilled water for the good operation of the pump.
For mopping, after it has finished vacuuming, I have diluted floor soap in a very small ratio (20-25 ml) inside a large 1.5-liter FAIRY bottle. In this way, I spread the soapy water in all the areas I want to mop and the house sparkles.
Follow the manufacturer's instructions and DO NOT use soap (regardless of the products advertised) inside the vacuum's tank to protect the pump!
Always keep the base clean (depending on how dirty the base that cleans the mop pads is) and the mop pads (I have a second set that I wash and replace as soon as the ones on the vacuum get dirty).
Another detail (my personal choice): I do not empty the vacuum's tank at the base since I have an air compressor and prefer to empty it myself and always clean the filter with compressed air.
I recommend the purchase.
If you follow my instructions, you will have the vacuum for many years without any problems.
**NOTE: When I bought it, I also paid the extra fee for purchasing insurance in case of malfunction. It is worth it since spare parts or replacement cost much more.

Πολύ καλή χαρτογράφηση με πολλές λειτουργίες μέσω της XIAOMI εφαρμογής.
Πάντα κάνω πρώτα σκούπισμα σε όλο το σπίτι ή σε συγκεκριμένη περιοχή και μετά σφουγγάρισμα.
Χρησιμοποιώ απεικονισμένο νερό για την καλή λειτουργία της τρόμπας.
Για το σφουγγάρισμα αφότου έχει τελειώσει με το σκούπισμα έχω δια λυμένο σαπούνι για το πάτωμα σε πολύ μικρή αναλογία (20-25 ml.) μέσα σε ένα μπουκάλι μεγάλο, 1,5 λίτρου, FAIRY. Με αυτό τον τρόπο απλώνω σε όλα τα μέρη που θέλω να σφουγγαρίσει το νερό με το σαπούνι και το σπίτι αστράφτει.
Ακολουθείστε τις οδηγίες του κατασκευαστή και ΜΗΝ χρησιμοποιείται σαπούνι (ασχέτως τα προϊόντα που διαφημίζουν) μέσα στο κάδο της σκούπας για την προστασία της τρόμπας!
Κρατάτε πάντοτε τη βάση καθαρή (ανάλογα πόσο λερωμένη είναι η βάση που καθαρίζει τα πανάκια της) και τα πανάκια (έχω δεύτερο σετ που πλένω και αντικαθιστώ μόλις λερωθούν αυτά που είναι στη σκούπα).
Μία άλλη λεπτομέρεια (προσωπική μου επιλογή) δεν αδειάζω το κάδο της σκούπας στη βάση καθότι έχω κομπρεσέρ και προτιμώ να τον αδειάζω εγώ και να καθαρίζω το φίλτρο πάντα με πεπιεσμένο αέρα.
Συνιστώ την αγορά.
Άμα ακολουθήσετε τις οδηγίες μου θα έχετε την σκούπα για πολλά χρόνια χωρίς κανένα πρόβλημα.

Very satisfied, I use it for mopping every other day in a large house and it has saved me. The app works perfectly, just like other vacuums from the company that I had, the only thing I do is empty the dirty water and refill with clean water.
Πολύ ικανοποιημένος την χρησιμοποιώ και για σφουγγάρισμα μέρα παρά μέρα σε μεγάλο σπιτι και με έχει σώσει. Η εφαρμογή δουλεύει άψογα, όπως και άλλες σκούπες της εταιρίας που είχα, το μόνο που κάνω είναι να αδειάζω το βρωμικο και να συμπληρώνω καθαρό νερό.
The vacuum cleaner rocks, I've had it for 20 days in a 50sqm house without carpets and before I started using it I did a traditional vacuum and mop. After that, I have it vacuum every day once and mop twice a week. I've forgotten what vacuuming means, every day the house is clean effortlessly. Also, I have a rocking chair that has a wooden leg at the back about 3 centimeters high and it goes over it just fine. Of course, it needs a traditional mopping every now and then because just water doesn't cut it. I also ordered from a well-known Chinese site lots of spare parts for about €20, they have sets, to have them because I’ll need them. Don't think about it, it's worth it!!!
Η σκούπα Γ@ μ@ ει, την έχω 20 μέρες σε σπίτι 50τμ χωρίς χαλιά και πριν ξεκινήσω την χρήση της έκανα ένα σκούπισμα σφουγγάρισμα παραδοσιακό. Μετά την έχω να σκουπίζει κάθε μέρα μια φορά και σφουγγάρισμα 2 φορές την βδομάδα. Έχω ξεχάσει τι θα πει σκούπισμα, κάθε μέρα το σπίτι είναι καθαρό ξεκούραστα. Επίσης έχω μια κουνιστή καρέκλα που έχει ένα ξύλινο πόδι από πίσω περίπου 3 εκατοστά και ανεβαίνει από πάνω του κανονικά. Βέβαια θέλει κάθε τόσο ένα σφουγγάρισμα παραδοσιακό γιατί μόνο νερό δεν λέει. Επίσης παράγγειλα από γνωστό κινέζικο site πολλά ανταλλακτικά με 20€ περίπου, έχουν σετ, για να έχω γιατί θα χρειαστεί. Μην το σκέφτεστε αξίζει!!!
We are very satisfied after 3 months of use. It leaves some debris next to the carpets because it steps half on the carpet and half on the floor, so a gap is created and it doesn't absorb well (I haven't managed to find a solution to this from the settings). Other than that, it is excellent. I highly recommend it, but I think now they have also released their new, more updated model.
Είμαστε πολύ ευχαριστημένοι μετα απο 3 μήνες χρήσης. Αφήνει κάποια σκουπίδακια δίπλα στα χαλιά γιατι πατάει μισή στο χαλί και μισή στο πάτωμα οπότε δημιουργείται ένα κενό και δεν απορροφάει καλά(απο τις ρυθμίσεις δεν έχω καταφέρει να βρώ λύση σε αυτό). Κατα τ'άλλα είναι εξαιρετική. Την συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα αλλά πλέον νομίζω έβγαλε και το καινούργιο της μοντελο, πιο ανανεωμένο.

First of all, let me mention that I used to have the simple vacuum, then I replaced it with the mop pro, and now I got this one.
The x20 promised autonomy from the start because it would clean the bin by itself and mop by itself without you having to bother to add water or change the bin.
In daily use, I have noticed...
1. It almost always leaves unvacuumed areas near the baseboards
2. It sometimes gets stuck, as if there's an obstacle in front of it, makes pointless movements, and in the end returns to its base without completing the command I gave it
3. It makes a lot of noise when emptying the bin (a huge disadvantage if you have a baby), so I keep it in manual mode and do it myself when I want.
4. The mop pads detach very easily.
5. It doesn't vacuum carpets as well as the older ones I had.
6. Finally, a big problem is that sometimes when it fails to vacuum for any reason, I get a notification that cleaning is complete instead of explaining what happened. At first, I was puzzled because I saw the house unvacuumed but the app said otherwise. In the end, I have to go into the app and check the history to see how many square meters it has cleaned to be sure if it has actually finished cleaning.
I've had it for 5 months and I'm tired of having to always keep it in mind to check if it vacuumed, if it did things right.
Εντύπωση μου κανουν τα τοσα θετικα σχόλια! δεν θα βγαλω αχρηστη τη σκουπα αλλα πρεπει να αναφερθουν και τα αρνητικα που εχω δει, αν ειναι δικο μου λαθος απο επιλογες στην εφαρμογή ή χρηση ας με διορθωσει καποιος ?
καταρχήν να παραθεσω πως παλαιότερα ειχα την απλη σκουπα, μετά την αντικατέστησα με την mop pro και τώρα πήρα αυτήν.
Η x20 υποσχόταν από την αρχή αυτονομία επειδή θα καθάριζει το κάδο μόνη της και αντίστοιχα θα σφουγγαριζει μόνη της χωρίς να ασχοληθείς να βάλεις νερό ή να αλλαξεις τον καδο.
Στην καθημερινότητα έχω παρατηρήσει..
1. Σχεδόν πάντα αφήνει ασκούπιστα κοντά στα σοβατεπί
2. Τρωει κατι εμπλοκές που και που, σαν να έχει εμπόδιο μπροστά της, κάνει ασκοπες κινήσεις και στο τέλος επιστρέφει στη βαση της χωρίς να έχει ολοκληρώσει την εντολή που της έχω δώσει
3. Κάνει πάρα πολύ θόρυβο όταν αδειάζει τον κάδο (τρομερό μειονέκτημα αν έχεις μωρό) με αποτέλεσμα να την έχω στην χειροκίνητη λειτουργία και να το κάνω μόνη μου οταν θελω.
4. Τα πατάκια που έχει για σφουγγάρισμα ξεκουμπωνουν πάρα πολύ εύκολα.
5. Δεν σκουπιζει τα χαλια τοσο καλα οσο οι παλαιοτερες που ειχα.
6. Τελος ενα μεγαλο προβλημα ειναι ότι κάποιες φορές που δεν καταφέρνει να σκουπίσει για οποιοδήποτε λόγο μου έρχεται ειδοποίηση οτι το σκούπισμα ολοκληρωθηκε αντί να μου εξηγήσει τι συνέβη. Στην αρχή απορούσα για το τι συμβαίνει καθώς έβλεπα το σπίτι ασκούπιστο αλλά η εφαρμογή ελεγε αλλα. Εν τελη πρέπει να μπαίνω στην εφαρμογή να ελένχω στο ιστορικό πόσα τετραγωνικά έχει καθαρίσει ώστε να είμαι σίγουρη αν έχει ολοκληρώσει οντως το σκούπισμα.
Την εχω 5μηνες με εχει κουρασει το να πρέπει να την εχω συνεχεια στο νου μου για τοαν σκουπησε .αν τα κανε σωστα..
It is a good vacuum cleaner. It vacuums well, and it has motions for what you want the vacuum to do, it has water levels to choose from and it even has levels for the suction of the vacuuming: silent, standard, and especially for carpets, strong & turbo. It empties itself and cleans its own mops. The only flaw, which all vacuums of this kind have, is that you can't put floor cleaner in it and it just mops with plain water. I recommend it and it is a vacuum cleaner I would buy again
Είναι καλή σκούπα. Σκουπίζει καλά, και έχει motions για το τι θες να κάνει η σκούπα, έχει επίπεδα νερού για να διαλέξεις και έχει ακόμα και επίπεδα στο suction του σκουπίσματος, silent, standard και ειδικά για χαλιά strong & turbo. Αδειάζει μόνη της και καθαρίζει τα πανάκια της. Το μόνο ελάττωμα που το έχουν όμως όλες τέτοιου είδους σκοπυές είναι ότι δεν μπορείς να βάλεις υγρό πατώματος και απλά σφουγγαρίζει με σκέτο νερό. Την προτείνω και είναι σκούπα που θα αγόραζα ξανά
Very good job even in silence mode, especially in the summer without carpets and without loose cables underneath. I use it every night for vacuuming and mopping and it leaves nothing behind. Only for very tough stains during mopping, you need a mop. As for carpets, I have saggy type and it doesn't climb on them. I found a tip, I put tape on the sensors underneath and that way it goes over them, but it doesn't clean them well so it's not worth it for thick carpets. For everything else, it's a star
Πολύ καλή δουλειά ακόμη και στο silence mode το καλοκαίρι ειδικά χωρίς χαλιά και χωρίς χύμα καλώδια κάτω την βάζω κάθε βράδυ σκούπισμα σφουγγάρισμα και δεν αφήνει τίποτα. Μόνο λίγο στο σφουγγάρισμα στους πολύ δύσκολους λεκέδες θέλει σφουγγαρίστρα. Όσο με τα χαλιά έχω τύπου saggy και δεν ανεβαίνει. Βρήκα ένα τιπ της έβαλα ταινία στους αισθητήρες από κάτω και έτσι πηγαίνει αλλά δεν τα καθαρίζει καλά οπότε δεν αξίζει για χοντρά χαλιά. Στα άλλα είναι αστέρι
I think the simple model is worth much more. When vacuuming, if the bin gets completely full, it cannot empty automatically and has to be emptied by hand (which is much more difficult than with the simple model), while when mopping, you can't put cleaner on the cloth and so mopping is done only with water, with all that this entails. Additionally, after one month, it started showing error messages more and more frequently and sometimes refuses to mop. Add to that the terrible service from Xiaomi and it was probably money wasted
Νομίζω το απλό μοντέλο αξίζει πολύ παραπάνω. Στο σκούπισμα αν ο κάδος γεμίσει τελείως δεν μπορεί να αδειάσει αυτόματα και πρέπει να αδειαστεί με το χέρι (που είναι πολύ πιο δύσκολο από ότι στο απλό μοντέλο) ενώ στο σφουγγάρισμα δεν μπορεί να μπει καθαριστικό στο πανάκι και άρα το σφουγγάρισμα γίνεται μόνο με νερό με ότι σημαίνει αυτό. Επιπλέον από τον ένα μήνα άρχισε να βγάζει όλο και συχνότερα μήνυμα σφάλματος και αν αρνείται να σφουγγαρίσει. Προσθέστε και το άθλιο service της xiaomi και μάλλον πεταμένα λεφτά ήταν
Positives:
Simply perfect. In an 85m² house with a large dog, carpets and rugs, it works flawlessly.
Compared to a previous robotic vacuum cleaner from 5 years ago, there is a huge difference for the better. In vacuuming, it has reached 100%.
Negatives:
The mopping is only suitable for maintenance. The technology for mopping still needs years to mature, as I believe at this moment it has reached 50%.
Θετικά:
Απλά τέλεια. Σε 85m² σπίτι με σκύλο μεγαλόσωμο, χαλιά και μοκέτες δουλεύει άψογα.
Σε σχέση με προηγούμενη ρομποτική σκούπα πριν 5 χρόνια, υπάρχει χαοτική διαφορά προς το καλύτερο. Στο σκούπισμα έχει πιάσει το 100%.
Αρνητικά:
Το σφουγγάρισμα κάνει μόνο για συντήρηση. Θέλει ακόμη χρόνια για να ωριμάσει η τεχνολογία για σφουγγάρισμα αφού θεωρώ πως αυτή τη στιγμή έχει φτάσει το 50%.

I've had it for a year. It's wonderful for my daily cleaning. Once a week I have to use the regular vacuum because it doesn't go under the sofas and into some recesses between the furniture. However, it helps with the daily maintenance of the house. I love it.

We were looking for a more economical option, but we ended up here after quite a bit of research.
In the end, it was the ideal choice. Having a 1.5-year-old child, it picks up all the crumbs and debris from carpets and floors. It returns to its base and empties the bin while it self-cleans. So far, we have used the vacuuming function. I remember saying during the first uses: look how fluffy the carpets are. Ideal for daily cleaning, even on carpets. Although it has three different cleaning options, the strongest one might actually make less noise than a regular vacuum cleaner.

εν τέλη ήταν ιδανική επιλογή. έχοντας ένα παιδί 1,5 ετων. μαζεύει όλα τα ψίχουλα και τριμματα από χαλιά και πάτωμα. επιστρέφει στην βάση του και αδειάζει τον κάδο ενώ κάνει αυτό καθαρισμό. προς το παρών έχουμε χρησιμοποιήσει το σκούπισμα . θυμάμαι να λέω στις πρώτες χρήσεις: κοίτα πόσο αφράτα είναι τα χάλια. ιδανικό καθημερινό καθάρισμα και στα χαλιά. ενώ έχει τρεις διαφορετικές επιλογές καθάρισματος, η πιο δυνατή κάνει ισως λιγότερο θόρυβο από μια κοινή ηλεκτρική σκούπα

After two months it stopped dispensing water and the service took it and kept it for a month without fixing it. It was all excuses and in the end I paid an external technician to fix it. Be aware that the service is non-existent in Greece. They want you to send it to the subsidiary in China and hope for the best. In terms of operation, it vacuums well, but it doesn't reach corners and leaves quite a gap around chair legs. Mopping with only water is not real cleaning, but unfortunately detergent is forbidden, so it just smears the dirt everywhere and then it smells. The main brush underneath catches hair and you often need to cut them off and change the part. Make sure to get spare parts because you will definitely need them. Overall, it's not something I recommend buying since it doesn't use hot water or detergent. Maybe stick mops are much better for mopping. If you only want vacuuming, then it will do the job. I forgot to mention the most important thing: IT DOES NOT GO under low classic beds and sofas. They need to be higher. So, if you have quite low classic furniture, it is not suitable at all.
στους δυο μηνες επαψε να βγαζει νερο και το service την πήρε και την κράτησε ένα μήνα χωρίς να την φτιάξει. Ήταν όλο δικαιολογίες και τελικά πλήρωσα εξωτερικό συνεργείο να την φτιάξει. Να ξέρετε έχει service ανυπαρκτο στην Ελλάδα. Θέλει να στείλετε στη θυγατρικη στην Κίνα κι αν θα βγει άκρη. Σε θέμα λειτουργίας σκουπίζει καλά, αλλά δεν φτάνει σε γωνίες και γύρω από πόδια καρεκλών αφήνει αρκετό κενό. Το σφουγγάρισμα μόνο με νερό δεν είναι καθαριότητα, όμως δυστυχως απαγορεύεται το απορρυπαντικό, οπότε πασαλείβει τη βρώμα παντού και μετά μυρίζει. Από κάτω πιάνει τρίχες η κεντρική βούρτσα και θελει συχνά να τις κοβετε και να αλλάζετε το εξάρτημα. Να πάρετε ανταλλακτικά γιατί σίγουρα θα χρειαστούν. Σε γενικές γραμμές δεν είναι κάτι που προτείνω να αγοράσετε καθότι δεν υπάρχει χρήση ζεστου νερού και απορρυπαντικού. Ίσως τα στικ να είναι πολυ ανώτερα για το σφουγγάρισμα. Αν θέλετε μόνο σκούπισμα, τότε θα σας κάνει δουλίτσα. Ξέχασα να αναφέρω το πιο σημαντικό: ΔΕΝ ΠΕΡΝΑΕΙ κατω απο χαμηλά κρεβάτια κλασσικά και καναπέδες. Θέλει να ειναι ψηλότερα. Οπότε, αν έχετε αρκετά χαμηλά κλασσικά έπιπλα δεν κάνει σε καμία περίπτωση.

I am writing this review after 2 months of daily use in a house with a dog and a cat. Overall, I am satisfied, especially with the vacuuming. It has made things much easier for us; the classic vacuum cleaner is now used only once every two weeks. It goes through all areas and leaves the floor clean. Personally, the noise it makes seems low to me and does not bother me at all. Also, when mopping, it leaves the tiles very shiny. The app on the phone is very easy to use and gives you plenty of cleaning options. Additionally, it has almost never gotten stuck anywhere for any reason. So, it is ideal to set it to clean, for example, when you are away at work. Some issues I have noticed are the following: 1. It is inconvenient that it does not recognize carpets on its own and you have to set them in the app yourself, and not very accurately at that. 2. Very long hairs get tangled in the main brush, so I have to remove them by hand quite often because it reduces efficiency. 3. When mopping, although the final result is, as I said, very good, it smells bad for a while afterwards, even though I wash the pads as well as I can. In general, you have to check and clean the parts to make sure it works in the best possible way. Nevertheless, it is a purchase that is worth it and will save you quite a bit of time in your daily routine.
Κάνω την κριτική έπειτα απο 2 μήνες καθημερινής χρήσης σε σπίτι με σκύλο και γάτα. Γενικά είμαι ικανοποιημένος, ειδικά για το σκούπισμα. Μας έχει λύσει τα χέρια, η κλασική ηλεκτρική μπαίνει πλέον 1 φορά στις 2 βδομάδες. Περνάει από όλα τα σημεία και αφήνει το πάτωμα καθαρό. Προσωπικά ο θόρυβος που κάνει μου φαίνεται χαμηλός και δεν με ενοχλεί καθόλου. Επίσης στο σφουγγάρισμα αφήνει πολύ γυαλιστερά τα πλακάκια. Η εφαρμογή στο κινητό είναι πολύ εύκολη στη χρήση και σου δίνει αρκετές επιλογές καθαρίσματος. Επιπλέον, δεν έχει κολλήσει σχεδόν ποτέ κάπου για τον οποιονδήποτε λόγο. Οπότε, είναι ιδανικό να τη βάζετε να καθαρίζει πχ όταν λείπετε στη δουλειά. Κάποια θέματα που εντόπισα είναι τα εξής: 1. Δεν είναι βολικό που δεν αναγνωρίζει μόνη της τα χαλιά και πρέπει να τα ορίσεις εσύ στην εφαρμογή και μάλιστα όχι με μεγάλη ακρίβεια. 2. Οι πολύ μακριές τρίχες μπλέκονται στην κεντρική βούρτσα με αποτέλεσμα να πρέπει να τις βγάζω με το χέρι αρκετά συχνά γιατί μειώνεται η αποδοτικότητα. 3. Στο σφουγγάρισμα, ενώ το τελικό αποτέλεσμα είναι όπως είπα πάρα πολύ καλό, μυρίζει άσχημα για κάποια ώρα μετά, παρόλο που πλένω τα πανακια όσο καλύτερα μπορώ. Γενικά πρέπει να της κάνετε ελέγχους και καθαρισμό στα εξαρτήματα για να βεβαιωθείτε ότι λειτουργεί με τον καλύτερο δυνατό τρόπο. Παρόλα αυτά, είναι μια αγορά που αξίζει και θα σας γλυτώσει αρκετό χρόνο στην καθημερινότητα.

I was looking for a way to give my wife a break from all the house cleaning since she is very particular about cleanliness. It vacuums and mops perfectly, so we vacuum and mop much less during the week, and that's because the vacuum doesn't accept any soap or detergent, so it only mops with water. It's quiet even at night... obviously, we don't let it go on rugs with a lot of fibers because it might get stuck and stop. If the rugs have short fibers, it climbs easily. Also, we shouldn't leave things on the floor that it could suck up and get blocked... At first, our dog tried to attack it, but over time he learned and is now calm. It has various programs in its settings... It returns to its base by itself to clean the pads underneath and also dries them. You only need to change its water once per use and maybe clean its pads from time to time. But it's the best thing you should know. We've already had it for 2 months now and we use it almost every day.
Έψαχνα να βρω τροπο να ξεκουράσω την γυναίκα μου από την πολύ καθαριότητα του σπιτιού μιας και είναι πολύ της καθαριότητας. Επίσης να αναφέρω ότι έχουμε κατοικίδιο pitbull ο οποιος αφηνει κοντες τριχες και σαλια... Η σκουπα μας αφησε αφωνους και κερδιζουμε πολυ χρονο και αυτο διοτι κανει παρα πολυ καλα την δουλεια της. Σκουπιζει και σφουγγαριζει αψογα, ετσι εμεις σκουπιζουμε και σφουγαριζουμε πολυ λιγοτερο μεσα στην βδομαδα και αυτο γιατι η σκουπα δεν δεχεται καποιο σαπουνι ή απορρυπαντικο αρα σφουγγαριζει μονο με νερο. ειναι αθορυβη ακομα και την νυχτα.. προφανως σε χαλια που εχουν αρκετες ινες δεν την αφηνουμε να παει γιατι μπορει να μπλοκαρει και να σταματησει. Αν ειναι κοντοτριχα χαλια ανεβαινει ανετα. Επισης δεν πρεπει να αφηνουμε πραγματα που μπορει να ρουφηξει και να μπλοκαρει στο πατωμα.. Εμας ο σκυλος στην αρχη προσπαθουσε να της κανει επιθεση αλλα με τον καιρο εμαθε και ειναι ηρεμος. Εχει διαφορα προγραμματα μεσα στις ρυθμισεις της.. Γυρναει πισω στην βαση της μονη της για να καθαρισει τα πανακια που εχει απο κατω και τα στεγνωνει κιολας. Χρειαζεται μονο να της αλλαζεις νερο μια φορα σε καθε χρηση ισως και να καθαριζεις τα πανακια της που και που. Αλλα ειναι οτι καλυτερο να ξερετε. Την εχουμε ηδη 2 μηνες τωρα και την βαζουμε σχεδον καθε μερα.
This is the worst online shopping experience I have ever had. The bot broke down after just three months, a very obvious quality issue. My genuine spare parts were returned by the manufacturer, but then further damage was caused during the return process. Both the platform and the bot are awful. I will never shop on this platform again and will never buy from this bot.
Αυτή είναι η χειρότερη εμπειρία ηλεκτρονικών αγορών που είχα ποτέ. Το bot χάλασε μετά από μόλις τρεις μήνες, ένα πολύ προφανές πρόβλημα ποιότητας. Τα γνήσια ανταλλακτικά μου επιστράφηκαν από τον κατασκευαστή, αλλά στη συνέχεια προκλήθηκε περαιτέρω ζημιά κατά τη διαδικασία επιστροφής. Τόσο η πλατφόρμα όσο και το bot είναι απαίσια. I would give 5 stars if one of the two mops' motors hadn't burned out, and if it didn't require such frequent maintenance, in the sense that at most every 10 days I have to clean the bottom of the vacuum and its base, as well as remove various accessories for cleaning.
Θα έβαζα 5 αστέρια εφόσον δεν μου είχε καεί το ένα μοτέρ από τα δύο που είχε για σφουγγάρισμα, και αν δεν ήθελε τόσο συχνή συντήρηση, με την έννοια ότι πρέπει μαξ στις 10 ημέρες να καθαρίζω από κάτω την σκούπα και την βάση της καθώς να βγάζω και διάφορα παρελκόμενα της για καθαρισμό.
Wonderful! The only negative points are that it gets tangled in the fringes located at the corners of the carpets (so it needs help to get untangled) and the whole area always needs to be properly prepared so that it doesn't 'bump' pointlessly into various objects and get delayed for no reason.

Incredible tool!!! I bought it with the Skroutz basket for €402 based on reviews here, various videos, and the extremely easy availability of spare parts-consumables. I also added the warranty extension to a total of 5 years for an extra cost of €15 through Allianz, which starts as soon as the two-year warranty expires. I got it to have a clean floor with 2-3 sweeps and 1-2 mops every week (with the stick vacuum and classic mop, this cleaning frequency doesn't work even though there are no children or pets. I prefer to do anything else in the corresponding time required. And my biggest concern was whether it would fit under my main sofa. The vacuum is 9.7cm in height and the gap was 10.3cm, but I didn't know if it needed a larger gap to fit. It fit perfectly and relieved me from the annoying cleaning under the 3x2m corner sofa, where even the stick vacuum couldn't fit, and you had to bend down and hit everywhere even with the classic mop.
The box is heavy and bulky but provides very good protection during transport. Assembly, connection via the Xiaomi app, and the first operation are ridiculously easy. Full charge as recommended by the company, fill with water, and immediately map the area, one sweep and one mop for testing.
The mapping lasts a bit, it doesn't go to every inch of the space but maps with its sensors with terrifying accuracy with the necessary rounds it needs. This worried me because it didn't go under the sofa when it was forming the map. However, during the sweeping and mopping, it went under normally. The only preparations for the space were to lift a cable, put the chairs on the table, two small mats, and pull the curtains to the side. And I turned on all the lights to help it with the shadows.
The sweeping is excellent in normal mode, and I have set it to go as close to the edges as possible. Much quieter than the stick vacuum I have. It cleaned 30sqm in reality, in 38 minutes, turned around, emptied its dustbin into the base bag in seconds, where it made a bit more noise but nothing excessive.
Immediately mopped with setting 3 leaving a lot of water since I had some dry stains from water with dust mainly in the kitchen. I also set it to turn every 5sqm to clean its cloths since it was the first time and the floor was relatively dirty. I will set it to 8sqm in daily use. It actually mopped 30sqm in 43 minutes with 5 turns at the base, so this time will decrease. The mopping is excellent, it removed all the stains I mentioned, and the water dried quickly. Of course, the mopping is almost silent. The drying of the cloths with air, at the end, is adjustable from the app up to 12 hours, but I left it at 4 hours. You struggle to hear it while it lasts.
I will get spare parts from abroad (for €25 you can get a package with all the essentials from 4-5 times inside - brushes, main brushes, bags, filters, cloths) and I will also get a main brush without hair which is for carpets and better cleaning of them. I will return when I lay carpets.
How much battery it spent for mapping, sweeping, and mopping actually 30sqm each time is shown in the photo with the map.
It didn't get confused for a moment. The base needs 82cm of air above and 1.93m of empty space in front of it with a width of 44cm.
For this money and what the device does, get it yesterday... Incredible upgrade to daily life.
Update 2-11-2024 with laid carpets in the photos which also have 2.5cm fringes (pile 0.7cm - short hair), in turbo mode. I manually mapped them on the map with as much accuracy as I could and with only the vacuuming function on them. The little beast handles them up and down effortlessly, of course, and it relieved my biggest stress. It didn't get stuck or pull the fringes out from any direction it passed. It just mixed them up, so in the end, with the classic shaking of the carpet, they returned to their place. I don't need to put them under the carpet or set restricted zones in the app. In turbo mode, the sound is increased and it takes a bit longer in duration. The strong mode is the most ideal for similar carpets (the turbo is for longer pile carpets based on the instructions in the app, but I'm doing tests).
I also received the spare parts-consumables from abroad. Specifically: 10 brushes, 8 HEPA filters, 12 mopping cloths, 16 bags, and 2 main brushes. All of this for 25 euros.
Every day the vacuum impresses me more and more.

Τρομερό εργαλείο!!! Την αγόρασα με το καλάθι Skroutz στα 402€ βάσει κριτικών και εδώ, διαφόρων βίντεο και λόγω πανεύκολης εύρεσης ανταλλακτικών-αναλώσιμων. Πρόσθεσα και την επέκταση εγγύησης στα 5 χρόνια συνολικά με έξτρα κόστος 15€ μέσω Allianz η οποία ξεκινάει μόλις λήξει η διετής εγγύηση. Την πήρα για να έχω καθαρό πάτωμα με 2-3 σκουπίσματα και 1-2 σφουγγαρίσματα κάθε εβδομάδα (με την stick σκούπα και κλασσική σφουγγαρίστρα, δεν παίζει αυτή η συχνότητα καθαρισμού παρόλο που δεν υπάρχουν παιδιά και κατοικίδια. Προτιμω να κάνω οτιδήποτε άλλο στον αντίστοιχο χρόνο που απαιτείται. Και το μεγάλο μου άγχος ηταν αν θα μπει κάτω απο τον κεντρικό καναπέ μου. Η σκούπα είναι 9,7cm στο ύψος και το κενό ήταν 10,3cm αλλά δεν ήξερα αν θέλει μεγαλύτερο κενο για να μπει. Μπήκε μια χαρά και με απάλλαξε απο το σπαστικό καθάρισμα κάτω απο τον καναπέ 3x2m γωνία που ούτε η stick χωρούσε και έπρεπε να σκύβεις και να κοπανάς παντού ακόμη και με την κλασσική σφουγγαρίστρα.
Η κούτα βαριά και ογκώδης αλλά παρέχει πολύ καλή προστασία κατά την μεταφορά. Η συναρμολόγηση, σύνδεση μέσω της εφαρμογής της Xiaomi και η πρώτη λειτουργία είναι αστεία εύκολα. Πλήρης φόρτιση όπως συνιστά η εταιρεία, γέμισμα νερό και αμέσως χαρτογράφηση χώρου, ένα σκούπισμα και ένα σφουγγάρισμα για δοκιμή.
Η χαρτογράφηση κρατάει λίγο, δεν πηγαίνει σε κάθε εκατοστό του χώρου αλλά χαρτογραφεί με τους αισθητήρες της με τρομακτική ακρίβεια με τις απαραίτητες βόλτες που χρειάζεται. Αυτό με ψάρωσε γιατί δεν μπήκε κάτω από τον καναπέ όταν σχημάτιζε τον χάρτη. Ωστόσο,στο σκούπισμα και στο σφουγγάρισμα, μπήκε κανονικά από κάτω. Οι μόνες ετοιμασίες του χώρου ήταν να σηκώσω ένα καλώδιο, να ανεβάσω τις καρέκλες στο τραπέζι,δύο μικρά πατάκια και να τραβήξω τις κουρτίνες στην άκρη. Και άναψα όλα τα φώτα για να την βοηθήσω με τις σκιές.
Το σκούπισμα εξαιρετικό στην νορμάλ λειτουργία και την έχω ρυθμίσει να πηγαίνει όσο πιο κοντά στις άκρες. Πολύ πιο ήσυχη απο την stick που έχω. Καθάρισε 30τμ πραγματικά ,σε 38 λεπτά, γύρισε,άδειασε σε δευτερόλεπτα τον κάδο της με την σκόνη στην σακούλα της βάσης όπου έκανε λίγο θόρυβο παραπάνω αλλά τίποτα υπερβολικό.
Αμέσως σφουγγάρισμα με την ρύθμιση 3 να αφήνει πολύ νερό μιας και είχα κάποιους ξερούς λεκέδες από νερά με σκόνη κυρίως στην κουζίνα. Επίσης έβαλα ρύθμιση να γυρίζει κάθε 5τμ να καθαρίζει τα πανιά της επειδή ήταν η πρώτη φορά και ήταν σχετικά βρώμικο το πάτωμα. Θα το βάλω στα 8τμ στην καθημερινότητα. Σφουγγάρισε 30τμ πραγματικά σε 43 λεπτά με 5 γυρίσματα στη βάση οπότε αυτός ο χρόνος θα μειωθεί. Εξαιρετικό και το σφουγγάρισμα, έβγαλε όλους τους λεκέδες που ανέφερα και το νερό στέγνωσε γρήγορα. Εννοείται ότι το σφουγγάρισμα είναι σχεδόν αθόρυβο. Το στέγνωμα πανιών με αέρα, στο τέλος, ρυθμίζεται από την εφαρμογή ως 12 ώρες αλλά το άφησα στις 4 ώρες. Ζορίζεσαι να το ακούσεις όσο διαρκεί.
Ανταλλακτικά θα πάρω απο το εξωτερικό (με 25€ παίρνεις πακέτο όλα τα απαραίτητα από 4-5 φορές μέσα -πινελάκια,κεντρικές βούρτσες,σακούλες,φίλτρα,πανάκια) και θα πάρω και μια κεντρική βούρτσα χωρίς τρίχα η οποία είναι για χαλιά και καλύτερο καθαρισμό αυτών. Θα επανέλθω όταν στρώσω χαλιά.
Το πόση μπαταρία ξόδεψε για χαρτογράφηση, σκούπισμα και σφουγγάρισμα πραγματικά 30τμ κάθε φορά φαίνεται στην φωτογραφία με τον χάρτη.
Δεν μπερδεύτηκε ούτε στιγμή. Η βάση θέλει από επάνω αέρα 82cm και μπροστά της 1,93μ κενό χώρο πλάτους 44cm
Σε αυτά τα χρήματα και τα όσα κάνει η συσκευή, πάρτε την χθες...Τρομερή αναβάθμιση καθημερινότητας.
Update 2-11-2024 με στρωμένα χαλιά στις φωτο τα οποία έχουν και κρόσια 2.5εκ. (πέλος 0.7εκ-κοντή τρίχα), σε turbo mode. Τα πέρασα χειροκίνητα στο χάρτη με όσο μεγαλυτερη ακρίβεια μπόρεσα και με λειτουργία μόνο σκούπισμα σε αυτά.
Το θηριάκι τα ανεβοκατεβαίνει πανεύκολα εννοείται και μου έδιωξε το μεγαλύτερο άγχος. Δεν μπλόκαρε ούτε ξήλωσε τα κρόσια από όποια κατεύθυνση κι αν τα πέρασε. Απλώς τα ανακάτεψε οπότε στο τέλος με το κλασσικό τίναγμα του χαλιού ήρθαν στη θέση τους. Δεν χρειάζεται ούτε να τα βάζω κάτω από το χαλί ούτε να βάζω απαγορευμένες ζώνες στην εφαρμογή. Στο turbo mode ο ήχος είναι αυξημένος και αργεί λίγο παραπάνω σε διάρκεια. Το strong mode είναι το ιδανικότερο για αντίστοιχα χαλιά (το turbo είναι για πιο μακρύτριχα χαλιά με βάση τις οδηγίες στην εφαρμογή αλλά κάνω δοκιμές).
Μου ήρθαν και τα ανταλλακτικά-αναλώσιμα από εξωτερικό. Συγκεκριμένα: 10 πινελάκια, 8 φίλτρα hepa, 12 πανάκια σφουγγαρίσματος, 16 σακούλες και 2 κεντρικές βούρτσες. Όλα αυτά με 25 ευρώ
Κάθε μέρα με εντυπωσιάζει όλο και περισσότερο η σκούπα.

This is the worst online shopping experience I have ever had. The bot broke down after just three months, a very obvious quality issue. My genuine spare parts were returned by the manufacturer, but then further damage was caused during the return process. Both the platform and the bot are awful. I will never shop on this platform again and will never buy from this bot.

I had a 10-year-old previous model and decided to buy the same brand again.
Very satisfied from every point of view.
Very good mapping with many functions through the XIAOMI app.
I always vacuum the whole house or a specific area first and then mop.
I use distilled water for the good operation of the pump.
For mopping, after it has finished vacuuming, I have diluted floor soap in a very small ratio (20-25 ml) inside a large 1.5-liter FAIRY bottle. In this way, I spread the soapy water in all the areas I want to mop and the house sparkles.
Follow the manufacturer's instructions and DO NOT use soap (regardless of the products advertised) inside the vacuum's tank to protect the pump!
Always keep the base clean (depending on how dirty the base that cleans the mop pads is) and the mop pads (I have a second set that I wash and replace as soon as the ones on the vacuum get dirty).
Another detail (my personal choice): I do not empty the vacuum's tank at the base since I have an air compressor and prefer to empty it myself and always clean the filter with compressed air.
I recommend the purchase.
If you follow my instructions, you will have the vacuum for many years without any problems.
**NOTE: When I bought it, I also paid the extra fee for purchasing insurance in case of malfunction. It is worth it since spare parts or replacement cost much more.

Πολύ καλή χαρτογράφηση με πολλές λειτουργίες μέσω της XIAOMI εφαρμογής.
Πάντα κάνω πρώτα σκούπισμα σε όλο το σπίτι ή σε συγκεκριμένη περιοχή και μετά σφουγγάρισμα.
Χρησιμοποιώ απεικονισμένο νερό για την καλή λειτουργία της τρόμπας.
Για το σφουγγάρισμα αφότου έχει τελειώσει με το σκούπισμα έχω δια λυμένο σαπούνι για το πάτωμα σε πολύ μικρή αναλογία (20-25 ml.) μέσα σε ένα μπουκάλι μεγάλο, 1,5 λίτρου, FAIRY. Με αυτό τον τρόπο απλώνω σε όλα τα μέρη που θέλω να σφουγγαρίσει το νερό με το σαπούνι και το σπίτι αστράφτει.
Ακολουθείστε τις οδηγίες του κατασκευαστή και ΜΗΝ χρησιμοποιείται σαπούνι (ασχέτως τα προϊόντα που διαφημίζουν) μέσα στο κάδο της σκούπας για την προστασία της τρόμπας!
Κρατάτε πάντοτε τη βάση καθαρή (ανάλογα πόσο λερωμένη είναι η βάση που καθαρίζει τα πανάκια της) και τα πανάκια (έχω δεύτερο σετ που πλένω και αντικαθιστώ μόλις λερωθούν αυτά που είναι στη σκούπα).
Μία άλλη λεπτομέρεια (προσωπική μου επιλογή) δεν αδειάζω το κάδο της σκούπας στη βάση καθότι έχω κομπρεσέρ και προτιμώ να τον αδειάζω εγώ και να καθαρίζω το φίλτρο πάντα με πεπιεσμένο αέρα.
Συνιστώ την αγορά.
Άμα ακολουθήσετε τις οδηγίες μου θα έχετε την σκούπα για πολλά χρόνια χωρίς κανένα πρόβλημα.

Very satisfied, I use it for mopping every other day in a large house and it has saved me. The app works perfectly, just like other vacuums from the company that I had, the only thing I do is empty the dirty water and refill with clean water.
Πολύ ικανοποιημένος την χρησιμοποιώ και για σφουγγάρισμα μέρα παρά μέρα σε μεγάλο σπιτι και με έχει σώσει. Η εφαρμογή δουλεύει άψογα, όπως και άλλες σκούπες της εταιρίας που είχα, το μόνο που κάνω είναι να αδειάζω το βρωμικο και να συμπληρώνω καθαρό νερό.
The vacuum cleaner rocks, I've had it for 20 days in a 50sqm house without carpets and before I started using it I did a traditional vacuum and mop. After that, I have it vacuum every day once and mop twice a week. I've forgotten what vacuuming means, every day the house is clean effortlessly. Also, I have a rocking chair that has a wooden leg at the back about 3 centimeters high and it goes over it just fine. Of course, it needs a traditional mopping every now and then because just water doesn't cut it. I also ordered from a well-known Chinese site lots of spare parts for about €20, they have sets, to have them because I’ll need them. Don't think about it, it's worth it!!!
Η σκούπα Γ@ μ@ ει, την έχω 20 μέρες σε σπίτι 50τμ χωρίς χαλιά και πριν ξεκινήσω την χρήση της έκανα ένα σκούπισμα σφουγγάρισμα παραδοσιακό. Μετά την έχω να σκουπίζει κάθε μέρα μια φορά και σφουγγάρισμα 2 φορές την βδομάδα. Έχω ξεχάσει τι θα πει σκούπισμα, κάθε μέρα το σπίτι είναι καθαρό ξεκούραστα. Επίσης έχω μια κουνιστή καρέκλα που έχει ένα ξύλινο πόδι από πίσω περίπου 3 εκατοστά και ανεβαίνει από πάνω του κανονικά. Βέβαια θέλει κάθε τόσο ένα σφουγγάρισμα παραδοσιακό γιατί μόνο νερό δεν λέει. Επίσης παράγγειλα από γνωστό κινέζικο site πολλά ανταλλακτικά με 20€ περίπου, έχουν σετ, για να έχω γιατί θα χρειαστεί. Μην το σκέφτεστε αξίζει!!!
We are very satisfied after 3 months of use. It leaves some debris next to the carpets because it steps half on the carpet and half on the floor, so a gap is created and it doesn't absorb well (I haven't managed to find a solution to this from the settings). Other than that, it is excellent. I highly recommend it, but I think now they have also released their new, more updated model.
Είμαστε πολύ ευχαριστημένοι μετα απο 3 μήνες χρήσης. Αφήνει κάποια σκουπίδακια δίπλα στα χαλιά γιατι πατάει μισή στο χαλί και μισή στο πάτωμα οπότε δημιουργείται ένα κενό και δεν απορροφάει καλά(απο τις ρυθμίσεις δεν έχω καταφέρει να βρώ λύση σε αυτό). Κατα τ'άλλα είναι εξαιρετική. Την συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα αλλά πλέον νομίζω έβγαλε και το καινούργιο της μοντελο, πιο ανανεωμένο.

First of all, let me mention that I used to have the simple vacuum, then I replaced it with the mop pro, and now I got this one.
The x20 promised autonomy from the start because it would clean the bin by itself and mop by itself without you having to bother to add water or change the bin.
In daily use, I have noticed...
1. It almost always leaves unvacuumed areas near the baseboards
2. It sometimes gets stuck, as if there's an obstacle in front of it, makes pointless movements, and in the end returns to its base without completing the command I gave it
3. It makes a lot of noise when emptying the bin (a huge disadvantage if you have a baby), so I keep it in manual mode and do it myself when I want.
4. The mop pads detach very easily.
5. It doesn't vacuum carpets as well as the older ones I had.
6. Finally, a big problem is that sometimes when it fails to vacuum for any reason, I get a notification that cleaning is complete instead of explaining what happened. At first, I was puzzled because I saw the house unvacuumed but the app said otherwise. In the end, I have to go into the app and check the history to see how many square meters it has cleaned to be sure if it has actually finished cleaning.
I've had it for 5 months and I'm tired of having to always keep it in mind to check if it vacuumed, if it did things right.
Εντύπωση μου κανουν τα τοσα θετικα σχόλια! δεν θα βγαλω αχρηστη τη σκουπα αλλα πρεπει να αναφερθουν και τα αρνητικα που εχω δει, αν ειναι δικο μου λαθος απο επιλογες στην εφαρμογή ή χρηση ας με διορθωσει καποιος ?
καταρχήν να παραθεσω πως παλαιότερα ειχα την απλη σκουπα, μετά την αντικατέστησα με την mop pro και τώρα πήρα αυτήν.
Η x20 υποσχόταν από την αρχή αυτονομία επειδή θα καθάριζει το κάδο μόνη της και αντίστοιχα θα σφουγγαριζει μόνη της χωρίς να ασχοληθείς να βάλεις νερό ή να αλλαξεις τον καδο.
Στην καθημερινότητα έχω παρατηρήσει..
1. Σχεδόν πάντα αφήνει ασκούπιστα κοντά στα σοβατεπί
2. Τρωει κατι εμπλοκές που και που, σαν να έχει εμπόδιο μπροστά της, κάνει ασκοπες κινήσεις και στο τέλος επιστρέφει στη βαση της χωρίς να έχει ολοκληρώσει την εντολή που της έχω δώσει
3. Κάνει πάρα πολύ θόρυβο όταν αδειάζει τον κάδο (τρομερό μειονέκτημα αν έχεις μωρό) με αποτέλεσμα να την έχω στην χειροκίνητη λειτουργία και να το κάνω μόνη μου οταν θελω.
4. Τα πατάκια που έχει για σφουγγάρισμα ξεκουμπωνουν πάρα πολύ εύκολα.
5. Δεν σκουπιζει τα χαλια τοσο καλα οσο οι παλαιοτερες που ειχα.
6. Τελος ενα μεγαλο προβλημα ειναι ότι κάποιες φορές που δεν καταφέρνει να σκουπίσει για οποιοδήποτε λόγο μου έρχεται ειδοποίηση οτι το σκούπισμα ολοκληρωθηκε αντί να μου εξηγήσει τι συνέβη. Στην αρχή απορούσα για το τι συμβαίνει καθώς έβλεπα το σπίτι ασκούπιστο αλλά η εφαρμογή ελεγε αλλα. Εν τελη πρέπει να μπαίνω στην εφαρμογή να ελένχω στο ιστορικό πόσα τετραγωνικά έχει καθαρίσει ώστε να είμαι σίγουρη αν έχει ολοκληρώσει οντως το σκούπισμα.
Την εχω 5μηνες με εχει κουρασει το να πρέπει να την εχω συνεχεια στο νου μου για τοαν σκουπησε .αν τα κανε σωστα..
It is a good vacuum cleaner. It vacuums well, and it has motions for what you want the vacuum to do, it has water levels to choose from and it even has levels for the suction of the vacuuming: silent, standard, and especially for carpets, strong & turbo. It empties itself and cleans its own mops. The only flaw, which all vacuums of this kind have, is that you can't put floor cleaner in it and it just mops with plain water. I recommend it and it is a vacuum cleaner I would buy again
Είναι καλή σκούπα. Σκουπίζει καλά, και έχει motions για το τι θες να κάνει η σκούπα, έχει επίπεδα νερού για να διαλέξεις και έχει ακόμα και επίπεδα στο suction του σκουπίσματος, silent, standard και ειδικά για χαλιά strong & turbo. Αδειάζει μόνη της και καθαρίζει τα πανάκια της. Το μόνο ελάττωμα που το έχουν όμως όλες τέτοιου είδους σκοπυές είναι ότι δεν μπορείς να βάλεις υγρό πατώματος και απλά σφουγγαρίζει με σκέτο νερό. Την προτείνω και είναι σκούπα που θα αγόραζα ξανά
Very good job even in silence mode, especially in the summer without carpets and without loose cables underneath. I use it every night for vacuuming and mopping and it leaves nothing behind. Only for very tough stains during mopping, you need a mop. As for carpets, I have saggy type and it doesn't climb on them. I found a tip, I put tape on the sensors underneath and that way it goes over them, but it doesn't clean them well so it's not worth it for thick carpets. For everything else, it's a star
Πολύ καλή δουλειά ακόμη και στο silence mode το καλοκαίρι ειδικά χωρίς χαλιά και χωρίς χύμα καλώδια κάτω την βάζω κάθε βράδυ σκούπισμα σφουγγάρισμα και δεν αφήνει τίποτα. Μόνο λίγο στο σφουγγάρισμα στους πολύ δύσκολους λεκέδες θέλει σφουγγαρίστρα. Όσο με τα χαλιά έχω τύπου saggy και δεν ανεβαίνει. Βρήκα ένα τιπ της έβαλα ταινία στους αισθητήρες από κάτω και έτσι πηγαίνει αλλά δεν τα καθαρίζει καλά οπότε δεν αξίζει για χοντρά χαλιά. Στα άλλα είναι αστέρι
I think the simple model is worth much more. When vacuuming, if the bin gets completely full, it cannot empty automatically and has to be emptied by hand (which is much more difficult than with the simple model), while when mopping, you can't put cleaner on the cloth and so mopping is done only with water, with all that this entails. Additionally, after one month, it started showing error messages more and more frequently and sometimes refuses to mop. Add to that the terrible service from Xiaomi and it was probably money wasted
Νομίζω το απλό μοντέλο αξίζει πολύ παραπάνω. Στο σκούπισμα αν ο κάδος γεμίσει τελείως δεν μπορεί να αδειάσει αυτόματα και πρέπει να αδειαστεί με το χέρι (που είναι πολύ πιο δύσκολο από ότι στο απλό μοντέλο) ενώ στο σφουγγάρισμα δεν μπορεί να μπει καθαριστικό στο πανάκι και άρα το σφουγγάρισμα γίνεται μόνο με νερό με ότι σημαίνει αυτό. Επιπλέον από τον ένα μήνα άρχισε να βγάζει όλο και συχνότερα μήνυμα σφάλματος και αν αρνείται να σφουγγαρίσει. Προσθέστε και το άθλιο service της xiaomi και μάλλον πεταμένα λεφτά ήταν
Positives:
Simply perfect. In an 85m² house with a large dog, carpets and rugs, it works flawlessly.
Compared to a previous robotic vacuum cleaner from 5 years ago, there is a huge difference for the better. In vacuuming, it has reached 100%.
Negatives:
The mopping is only suitable for maintenance. The technology for mopping still needs years to mature, as I believe at this moment it has reached 50%.
Θετικά:
Απλά τέλεια. Σε 85m² σπίτι με σκύλο μεγαλόσωμο, χαλιά και μοκέτες δουλεύει άψογα.
Σε σχέση με προηγούμενη ρομποτική σκούπα πριν 5 χρόνια, υπάρχει χαοτική διαφορά προς το καλύτερο. Στο σκούπισμα έχει πιάσει το 100%.
Αρνητικά:
Το σφουγγάρισμα κάνει μόνο για συντήρηση. Θέλει ακόμη χρόνια για να ωριμάσει η τεχνολογία για σφουγγάρισμα αφού θεωρώ πως αυτή τη στιγμή έχει φτάσει το 50%.

I've had it for a year. It's wonderful for my daily cleaning. Once a week I have to use the regular vacuum because it doesn't go under the sofas and into some recesses between the furniture. However, it helps with the daily maintenance of the house. I love it.

After 4 months of use I can say that it is just what you need to keep the floor clean. Very satisfied with both the vacuuming and the mopping. It cleans about 150 sq.m. before the dirty water needs to be emptied and the clean water refilled. Floor is wood and mosaic.

We were looking for a more economical option, but we ended up here after quite a bit of research.
In the end, it was the ideal choice. Having a 1.5-year-old child, it picks up all the crumbs and debris from carpets and floors. It returns to its base and empties the bin while it self-cleans. So far, we have used the vacuuming function. I remember saying during the first uses: look how fluffy the carpets are. Ideal for daily cleaning, even on carpets. Although it has three different cleaning options, the strongest one might actually make less noise than a regular vacuum cleaner.
I would buy it again. It’s worth its money!

εν τέλη ήταν ιδανική επιλογή. έχοντας ένα παιδί 1,5 ετων. μαζεύει όλα τα ψίχουλα και τριμματα από χαλιά και πάτωμα. επιστρέφει στην βάση του και αδειάζει τον κάδο ενώ κάνει αυτό καθαρισμό. προς το παρών έχουμε χρησιμοποιήσει το σκούπισμα . θυμάμαι να λέω στις πρώτες χρήσεις: κοίτα πόσο αφράτα είναι τα χάλια. ιδανικό καθημερινό καθάρισμα και στα χαλιά. ενώ έχει τρεις διαφορετικές επιλογές καθάρισματος, η πιο δυνατή κάνει ισως λιγότερο θόρυβο από μια κοινή ηλεκτρική σκούπα
. θα την αγόραζα πάλι. αξίζει τα χρήματα της !

After two months it stopped dispensing water and the service took it and kept it for a month without fixing it. It was all excuses and in the end I paid an external technician to fix it. Be aware that the service is non-existent in Greece. They want you to send it to the subsidiary in China and hope for the best. In terms of operation, it vacuums well, but it doesn't reach corners and leaves quite a gap around chair legs. Mopping with only water is not real cleaning, but unfortunately detergent is forbidden, so it just smears the dirt everywhere and then it smells. The main brush underneath catches hair and you often need to cut them off and change the part. Make sure to get spare parts because you will definitely need them. Overall, it's not something I recommend buying since it doesn't use hot water or detergent. Maybe stick mops are much better for mopping. If you only want vacuuming, then it will do the job. I forgot to mention the most important thing: IT DOES NOT GO under low classic beds and sofas. They need to be higher. So, if you have quite low classic furniture, it is not suitable at all.
στους δυο μηνες επαψε να βγαζει νερο και το service την πήρε και την κράτησε ένα μήνα χωρίς να την φτιάξει. Ήταν όλο δικαιολογίες και τελικά πλήρωσα εξωτερικό συνεργείο να την φτιάξει. Να ξέρετε έχει service ανυπαρκτο στην Ελλάδα. Θέλει να στείλετε στη θυγατρικη στην Κίνα κι αν θα βγει άκρη. Σε θέμα λειτουργίας σκουπίζει καλά, αλλά δεν φτάνει σε γωνίες και γύρω από πόδια καρεκλών αφήνει αρκετό κενό. Το σφουγγάρισμα μόνο με νερό δεν είναι καθαριότητα, όμως δυστυχως απαγορεύεται το απορρυπαντικό, οπότε πασαλείβει τη βρώμα παντού και μετά μυρίζει. Από κάτω πιάνει τρίχες η κεντρική βούρτσα και θελει συχνά να τις κοβετε και να αλλάζετε το εξάρτημα. Να πάρετε ανταλλακτικά γιατί σίγουρα θα χρειαστούν. Σε γενικές γραμμές δεν είναι κάτι που προτείνω να αγοράσετε καθότι δεν υπάρχει χρήση ζεστου νερού και απορρυπαντικού. Ίσως τα στικ να είναι πολυ ανώτερα για το σφουγγάρισμα. Αν θέλετε μόνο σκούπισμα, τότε θα σας κάνει δουλίτσα. Ξέχασα να αναφέρω το πιο σημαντικό: ΔΕΝ ΠΕΡΝΑΕΙ κατω απο χαμηλά κρεβάτια κλασσικά και καναπέδες. Θέλει να ειναι ψηλότερα. Οπότε, αν έχετε αρκετά χαμηλά κλασσικά έπιπλα δεν κάνει σε καμία περίπτωση.

I am writing this review after 2 months of daily use in a house with a dog and a cat. Overall, I am satisfied, especially with the vacuuming. It has made things much easier for us; the classic vacuum cleaner is now used only once every two weeks. It goes through all areas and leaves the floor clean. Personally, the noise it makes seems low to me and does not bother me at all. Also, when mopping, it leaves the tiles very shiny. The app on the phone is very easy to use and gives you plenty of cleaning options. Additionally, it has almost never gotten stuck anywhere for any reason. So, it is ideal to set it to clean, for example, when you are away at work. Some issues I have noticed are the following: 1. It is inconvenient that it does not recognize carpets on its own and you have to set them in the app yourself, and not very accurately at that. 2. Very long hairs get tangled in the main brush, so I have to remove them by hand quite often because it reduces efficiency. 3. When mopping, although the final result is, as I said, very good, it smells bad for a while afterwards, even though I wash the pads as well as I can. In general, you have to check and clean the parts to make sure it works in the best possible way. Nevertheless, it is a purchase that is worth it and will save you quite a bit of time in your daily routine.
Κάνω την κριτική έπειτα απο 2 μήνες καθημερινής χρήσης σε σπίτι με σκύλο και γάτα. Γενικά είμαι ικανοποιημένος, ειδικά για το σκούπισμα. Μας έχει λύσει τα χέρια, η κλασική ηλεκτρική μπαίνει πλέον 1 φορά στις 2 βδομάδες. Περνάει από όλα τα σημεία και αφήνει το πάτωμα καθαρό. Προσωπικά ο θόρυβος που κάνει μου φαίνεται χαμηλός και δεν με ενοχλεί καθόλου. Επίσης στο σφουγγάρισμα αφήνει πολύ γυαλιστερά τα πλακάκια. Η εφαρμογή στο κινητό είναι πολύ εύκολη στη χρήση και σου δίνει αρκετές επιλογές καθαρίσματος. Επιπλέον, δεν έχει κολλήσει σχεδόν ποτέ κάπου για τον οποιονδήποτε λόγο. Οπότε, είναι ιδανικό να τη βάζετε να καθαρίζει πχ όταν λείπετε στη δουλειά. Κάποια θέματα που εντόπισα είναι τα εξής: 1. Δεν είναι βολικό που δεν αναγνωρίζει μόνη της τα χαλιά και πρέπει να τα ορίσεις εσύ στην εφαρμογή και μάλιστα όχι με μεγάλη ακρίβεια. 2. Οι πολύ μακριές τρίχες μπλέκονται στην κεντρική βούρτσα με αποτέλεσμα να πρέπει να τις βγάζω με το χέρι αρκετά συχνά γιατί μειώνεται η αποδοτικότητα. 3. Στο σφουγγάρισμα, ενώ το τελικό αποτέλεσμα είναι όπως είπα πάρα πολύ καλό, μυρίζει άσχημα για κάποια ώρα μετά, παρόλο που πλένω τα πανακια όσο καλύτερα μπορώ. Γενικά πρέπει να της κάνετε ελέγχους και καθαρισμό στα εξαρτήματα για να βεβαιωθείτε ότι λειτουργεί με τον καλύτερο δυνατό τρόπο. Παρόλα αυτά, είναι μια αγορά που αξίζει και θα σας γλυτώσει αρκετό χρόνο στην καθημερινότητα.

I was looking for a way to give my wife a break from all the house cleaning since she is very particular about cleanliness. I should also mention that we have a pitbull pet who leaves short hairs and drool... The vacuum left us speechless and we save a lot of time because it does its job very well. It vacuums and mops perfectly, so we vacuum and mop much less during the week, and that's because the vacuum doesn't accept any soap or detergent, so it only mops with water. It's quiet even at night... obviously, we don't let it go on rugs with a lot of fibers because it might get stuck and stop. If the rugs have short fibers, it climbs easily. Also, we shouldn't leave things on the floor that it could suck up and get blocked... At first, our dog tried to attack it, but over time he learned and is now calm. It has various programs in its settings... It returns to its base by itself to clean the pads underneath and also dries them. You only need to change its water once per use and maybe clean its pads from time to time. But it's the best thing you should know. We've already had it for 2 months now and we use it almost every day.
Έψαχνα να βρω τροπο να ξεκουράσω την γυναίκα μου από την πολύ καθαριότητα του σπιτιού μιας και είναι πολύ της καθαριότητας. Επίσης να αναφέρω ότι έχουμε κατοικίδιο pitbull ο οποιος αφηνει κοντες τριχες και σαλια... Η σκουπα μας αφησε αφωνους και κερδιζουμε πολυ χρονο και αυτο διοτι κανει παρα πολυ καλα την δουλεια της. Σκουπιζει και σφουγγαριζει αψογα, ετσι εμεις σκουπιζουμε και σφουγαριζουμε πολυ λιγοτερο μεσα στην βδομαδα και αυτο γιατι η σκουπα δεν δεχεται καποιο σαπουνι ή απορρυπαντικο αρα σφουγγαριζει μονο με νερο. ειναι αθορυβη ακομα και την νυχτα.. προφανως σε χαλια που εχουν αρκετες ινες δεν την αφηνουμε να παει γιατι μπορει να μπλοκαρει και να σταματησει. Αν ειναι κοντοτριχα χαλια ανεβαινει ανετα. Επισης δεν πρεπει να αφηνουμε πραγματα που μπορει να ρουφηξει και να μπλοκαρει στο πατωμα.. Εμας ο σκυλος στην αρχη προσπαθουσε να της κανει επιθεση αλλα με τον καιρο εμαθε και ειναι ηρεμος. Εχει διαφορα προγραμματα μεσα στις ρυθμισεις της.. Γυρναει πισω στην βαση της μονη της για να καθαρισει τα πανακια που εχει απο κατω και τα στεγνωνει κιολας. Χρειαζεται μονο να της αλλαζεις νερο μια φορα σε καθε χρηση ισως και να καθαριζεις τα πανακια της που και που. Αλλα ειναι οτι καλυτερο να ξερετε. Την εχουμε ηδη 2 μηνες τωρα και την βαζουμε σχεδον καθε μερα.
This is the worst online shopping experience I have ever had. The bot broke down after just three months, a very obvious quality issue. My genuine spare parts were returned by the manufacturer, but then further damage was caused during the return process. Both the platform and the bot are awful. I will never shop on this platform again and will never buy from this bot.
Αυτή είναι η χειρότερη εμπειρία ηλεκτρονικών αγορών που είχα ποτέ. Το bot χάλασε μετά από μόλις τρεις μήνες, ένα πολύ προφανές πρόβλημα ποιότητας. Τα γνήσια ανταλλακτικά μου επιστράφηκαν από τον κατασκευαστή, αλλά στη συνέχεια προκλήθηκε περαιτέρω ζημιά κατά τη διαδικασία επιστροφής. Τόσο η πλατφόρμα όσο και το bot είναι απαίσια. Δεν θα ψωνίσω ποτέ ξανά σε αυτήν την πλατφόρμα και δεν θα αγοράσω ποτέ από αυτό το bot.
Waste of money. It keeps stopping because hair gets wrapped around its brush. When it mops, the house smells like a wet dog. I'm thinking of returning it

I would give 5 stars if one of the two mops' motors hadn't burned out, and if it didn't require such frequent maintenance, in the sense that at most every 10 days I have to clean the bottom of the vacuum and its base, as well as remove various accessories for cleaning.
Θα έβαζα 5 αστέρια εφόσον δεν μου είχε καεί το ένα μοτέρ από τα δύο που είχε για σφουγγάρισμα, και αν δεν ήθελε τόσο συχνή συντήρηση, με την έννοια ότι πρέπει μαξ στις 10 ημέρες να καθαρίζω από κάτω την σκούπα και την βάση της καθώς να βγάζω και διάφορα παρελκόμενα της για καθαρισμό.
Wonderful! The only negative points are that it gets tangled in the fringes located at the corners of the carpets (so it needs help to get untangled) and the whole area always needs to be properly prepared so that it doesn't 'bump' pointlessly into various objects and get delayed for no reason.
Υπέροχη! Τα μόνα αρνητικά σημεία είναι ότι μπλέκεται στα κρόσια που βρίσκονται στις γωνίες των χαλιών (οπότε χρειάζεται βοήθεια για να ξεμπλεχτεί) και πάντα πρέπει να προετοιμάζεται όλος ο χώρος κατάλληλα ώστε να μη 'χτυπάει' άσκοπα σε διάφορα αντικείμενα και καθυστερεί χωρίς λόγο.
I am quite satisfied! I use it in a professional setting and it does a very good job both in vacuuming and mopping! The downside for me is that it is not powerful enough in vacuuming!
Είμαι αρκετά ευχαριστημένος! Την χρησιμοποιώ σε επαγγελματικό χώρο και κάνει πολύ καλή δουλειά και στο σκούπισμα και στο σφουγγάρισμα! Το αρνητικό της είναι για εμένα ότι δεν είναι αρκετά δυνατή στο σκούπισμα!
