The Fideco hard drive enclosure connects a 2.5" or 3.5" SATA I/II/III HDD or SSD to a computer via USB 3.0. It supports the UASP protocol and data transfer speeds of up to 5 Gbps. When the drive remains inactive for three minutes, the enclosure automatically puts it into sleep mode, while the built-in fan can be activated to dissipate heat.
The enclosure is made of aluminum alloy and shock-resistant plastic. Plug and Play connectivity requires no additional drivers or software. It is compatible with Windows 98/2000/XP/Vista/7/8/10, MAC OS 10 and later, as well as Linux.
