My parents were no longer satisfied with Nespresso capsules and wanted to go back to ground espresso, so we compromised with a coffee machine that does everything. Indeed, they like it more when making ground coffee, but it's a hassle to put in and take out parts. Also, when making capsules, you have to remove the part, take out the capsule, and put in the next one, whereas with Nespresso machines, the capsule automatically drops and you insert the next one without having to remove anything or touch hot capsules. Overall, it's a good machine, but if you don't want any hassle, leave it.
