    From first sight and a few days of use, these are satisfactory mass-produced sandals at a correspondingly satisfactory price. From the official site, I found the following and I quote them since they are partially missing from the description here:
    "Composition: 100% CASTOR
    Upper: 100% CASTOR
    Insole: 100% CASTOR
    Outsole: 100% RUBBER"
    At first, they felt quite hard to step on, but after just 3 days of use, the sole has softened.
    The 1 star minus refers to the average quality of the metal buckles as it took me a while (and I had to bend one of the four) to adjust them to the size of my foot and to reposition them correctly (straight) in their place.
    I will come back in the future if I notice anything else.
