    In general, if your doctor hasn't recommended b complex, don't take it because it's pointless if you eat Greek cuisine (and not fast food and chips every day) you get the necessary amounts from there...

    However, I give it 3 stars because I have noticed that Solgar, if you open the cap (and as long as you are still well before the expiration date), goes bad very quickly, so it doesn't have good sealing, so if you don't take them daily, just leave them, they will spoil.

    Other than that, I don't doubt that it contains what it says on the back of the package.
