The ETIMAT T power limiter (surge protector) is intended for installation in the distribution board as pre-meter protection. The purpose of this protection is to selectively disconnect with respect to the surge protection of the consumer Z4.
The ETIMAT T power limiter replaces the selective circuit breakers within their nominal currents. It is a surge protector without a short-circuit element and only has an overload element (thermal). A sealed circuit breaker is installed in the distribution board, so that its operating lever is accessible to the consumer.
