  • Power Supply

    The power supply concerns the voltage of the current that the LED strip must have.

    2. If the LED strip does not include a power supply, then the power supply must be purchased separately. We must ensure that the power supply has the corresponding voltage (volt) in order to connect it to the outlet.

    The LED film requires a 24-volt power supply to operate. If the power supply is not included in the package, you will need to purchase it separately.

  • Protection certification

    "It is an indicator that shows us the degree of protection of each LED. The indicator (I), which is the first number, refers to protection against dust, and the indicator (P), which is the second number, refers to protection against water. The higher the numbers for each indicator, the better the protection."

    LED films with an IP20 rating are mainly recommended for concealed office lighting, as they have little protection against dust and no protection against water.

The application of hidden lighting with COB LED Strip requires prior planning to consider the overall power of the strip, the capacity of the power supply, the lighting, and a series of other details. Most strips chosen for hidden lighting are of the SMD type, which creates difficulty during installation, especially on smooth reflective surfaces, as the LEDs appear as small bright dots.

To solve these difficulties, a new professional series of LED strips, LED480 COB, is offered, operating at a voltage of 24VDC. In these LEDs, they are very close to each other, and thanks to COB (chip on board) technology, they practically create the effect of a continuous line of light.

MAIN ADVANTAGES:
  • High luminous flux of 1000 lm/m.
  • High color rendering index CRI90.
  • Ability to cut sections 50 mm long.
  • Light alignment: with COB strips, the light is uniform, without bright spots.
